This is a committed team delivering person-centred care to support people needing extra help, so they can live independently at home. Whatever the need, Confident Home Care's dedicated team are happy to discuss all your requirements.

Confident Home Care services are available from 30-minute visit, to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year which ranges from a 30-minute visit, day sits, night sits, to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover short-term illness, or respite care when the usual carer is having their break. The care offered include washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. Confident Home Care also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with light household chores.

All Confident Home Care employees are compassionate, caring, and enjoy making a real difference to people's quality of life. They undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

This is an A1 plus company. It was more than a service to wash, reposition etc. They actually thought about the family and service user.
Carers were unbelievably kind to my husband and myself. Listened to our wishes and supported us both holistically. They became friends, but they always respected
my home life.
When I had respite care, I knew my husband was in safe hands. I was able to have time to myself and relax.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the kind, empathetic and friendly care that my husband received. The carers became like family to us and we looked forward to them coming round, so much so that their absence is felt since my husbands passing. What was a very upsetting time was made more manageable
because we knew my husband was so well taken care of by the Confident Home Care team.

I cannot praise this wonderful company enough. The ladies that visit my mum are so lovely, mum has really taken to them all.
They are professional, kind and so friendly. Mum enjoys their visits so much that she's forever counting how many hours she has before they call again.
They always look

When the time came when we needed help with care for our dear friend I am so pleased that we chose Confident Home Care. Sadly he passed away in June this year, but over the last year of his life the support he received from them was wonderful. He was treated with respect and dignity, and he looked forward
to seeing his carers each day. The staff and management were very supportive to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always kept us well informed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I cannot put in words how grateful I am for all the support the carers have provided to my mother in law. They always turn up with a smile on their face. They are very kind and caring.
The are always on top of medication that should be given and flag any items running low.
The main support we have
been using is personal hygiene, medication and other personal care.

Overall experience with the care company was very good! 4 visits per day and always on time and made sure my Aunt was comfortable.
The people on the end of the phone we're always very nice and kept InTouch on a regular basis.
Even after my Aunt was taken into hospital,they kept InTouch to see how
she was.
Probably, the only thing I would mark them down with is there cooking skills.
All round though a very good company.

Excellent service from the carers and the manager of the carers, for example:
Care and kindness, treating Mum with respect.
Attention to detail - assess what needs doing and adjusts care accordingly
Proactive in caring for mum.
The manager is always quick to respond, keeps us updated and really
helpful.
Carers are always friendly and cheerful and bring a smile to Mum's face.

My mum was sent home on an end of life care package and was allocated carers from Confident Care. The service from this care company was first class from the minute she arrived home. From the efficiency of the management to the care provided for mum by the carers, I couldn't fault them. My mum was so
impressed with the level of personal care, she felt well and truly clean which was very important to her and she built a good relationship with every carer. They went above and beyond to sort any medication issues, they phoned me on a regular basis with any updates. Sadly my mum only needed them for a week as she eventually needed 24 hour care and had to go in a home. She has now passed away but I know she would have no hesitation in recommending Confident Care.

Currently my 88 year old father is having Confident Home Care carers coming in 4 times a day to meet his needs. Every single member of this team, including managers are so caring and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble, I feel I can contact the manager, if i need to, at any time. One member of the
team came to help me with my dad within 15 minutes, on his day off!! The communication is outstanding. I would 100% recommend if anyone is struggling to cope with caring for their elderly parents. 5 Stars.

We currently have carers who come twice a day to care for my mother in law. I have to say from day one they have been amazing. Gracie is treated with upmost care and respect. Been having carers for my grandad the past few months and as a family we are honestly blown away by their incredible support, kindness & care. We really can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. They continue to provide a fantastic service not only for my grandad but also his wife too.

I have been using Confident Home Care to visit my sister for over a year. I find they are always on time and are very friendly. My sister who is mentally handicapped and is very wary of strangers looks forward to the carers coming twice a day and is very trusting of them as am I. We have a good communication
on behalf of both parties if either of us have any queries. I look forward to them caring for my sister for the future. Many thanks to all.

Confident Home Care provide a superb service to my parents.
My parents' needs have evolved during 2024, becoming greater and more complex. Confident Home Care have shown a flexible approach to providing support, sometimes with very little notice. Without the support of Confident Care my parents would
not be able to remain in their own home.
The service provided is caring and professional. The medical knowledge of the registered manager, as a nurse, has been invaluable in talking through various care needs as they have arisen.
I have found that the service is highly professional, reliable, caring, respectful, flexible, and empathetic. My parents look forward to the care visitors coming into their home.
I've no hesitation in recommending Confident Home Care.

Following my Dad (87) having a number of falls and sustaining a broken shoulder and badly bruised hips etc, his return home from hospital was supported by this wonderful company.
Having never been in this situation and not knowing what to do, the support assistance and help I received initially from
the deputy manager was exemplary. She answered all of my questions and concerns as well as told me things I hadn't thought about at that time, she put me completely at ease.
Following my dad's return home, the support was exceptional, all of the carers were beyond brilliant and made my life and my dad's much more comfortable.
For all of the time dad has received care, it has surpassed our expectation, dad's dignity has been retained and his recovery whilst ongoing is far better than we could have hoped and this is because of the care provided. So, thank you to the deputy manager and the team who are amazing.
