This is a committed team delivering person-centred care to support people needing extra help, so they can live independently at home. Whatever the need, Confident Home Care's dedicated team are happy to discuss all your requirements.

Confident Home Care services are available from 30-minute visit, to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year which ranges from a 30-minute visit, day sits, night sits, to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover short-term illness, or respite care when the usual carer is having their break. The care offered include washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. Confident Home Care also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with light household chores.

All Confident Home Care employees are compassionate, caring, and enjoy making a real difference to people's quality of life. They undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

The carers were very willing and professional, I felt safe with the trust I put in them, they couldn't do enough for me. The care manager was very proficient and caring and gave me peace of mind that I could contact any time in the future and would be there for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
if need be.

I think that I was one of the first patients to be referred to this organisation by the hospital. I needn't have worried because, from the very first visit and assessment in my home, the manager was very friendly and professional in organising a care plan to suit my needs. All the carers are friendly,
compassionate and caring. There is, however, a language problem with some of the younger carers with English not being their first language.

My father has been a client of Confident Home Care for the past seven weeks and we have been extremely happy with the care. We have four visits a day. The carers are respectful, kind and caring and treat my father with the utmost dignity. They are all really friendly.
The company regularly checks in
with us to ask if we are still happy with the plans we have and ask if anything needs to change.
Most importantly my father enjoys their company and feels respected and very well looked after.
