Caremark have been amazing supporting Mum through the loss of my Father, quickly adapting care needs to meet her new needs now that circumstances have changed. Regular, friendly staff have quickly become friends for Mum.
Outstanding! we moved to caremark after 2 failed attempts with other companies within the first week we was overly impressed with the quality of care they provided but mostly how they lifted the service users spirit and confidence especially in personal moments we are so glad we made this leap! Thank you
From day one, I knew I had chosen wisely and felt making the choice of changing care companies was the right decision, as the ladies in the Doncaster branch did more for my wife in the first two weeks, than the old company we used did in a year. I just cannot thank them enough for the professional approach, helping me to get the best out of the services we used. They took everything on board, leaving me stress free to carry on with my day job, as I was still working from home. All it took was a phone call to them and I was able to forget about the issue. We had a dedicated team of carers four times a day again coming to my wife, something that the old company promised but never carried on with, so be wary of false promises.
A huge Thank you to all the four ladies in the office and the carers assigned.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such amazing comments. We are touched and will ensure the carers you mention are all made aware of your lovely feedback.
My dad received end of life care from Caremark, he and our family were very happy with the the care he was given. All of the staff were lovely, they treated him with dignity and respect and we always felt that he was in safe hands. Management did their very best to arrange the visits around suitable times to meet his needs and they were quick to adapt the care as his health deteriorated.
There are too many of the wonderful carers to mention by name, but we would like to recognise his main carer, Ishmael, as Dad felt very lucky to have his support. It gives our family a lot of comfort that in his final few months he was able to remain at home due to the amazing support given by the Caremark staff and other healthcare professionals.
Than you for leaving such a lovely review. It was an honour being able to care for your dad.
Telephoned Caremark Bassetlaw regarding my friend that had just come out of the hospital. My friend needed help and assistance how home care worked and how funding could be allocated. Caremark explained things properly and no pressure on the care package. They made my friend breakfast and cleaned the kitchen because of mobility issues. Would recommend Caremark Bassetlaw to anyone who requires care in the Bassetlaw area.
Since the passing of my father, my grandma has been living on her own other than the carers, myself and family visiting and the Caremark carers have been absolutely amazing, take extremely good care of my grandma and have helped me an abundance over the past few weeks. Could not fault the company one bit, all of the team are fabulous, very caring and professional
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about the service we provide to your grandma; we are delighted you are so happy with her care.
My husband is very happy with the care from this company.
Thank your for your very kind words about our service, we really appreciate you taking the time.
Over the years we have had a few care providers for either my father or mother. Since having Caremark Doncaster we have found a far better service provision than ever before. They really do deliver a personalised service and the carers themselves are of an exceptionally high caring standard and support from the office and supervisors is fabulous. We couldn't be happier. Thank you very much. You have a very happy client here.
Thank your for you very kind comments about our service.
I would happily recommend them to anyone!
We are very grateful to receive such lovely feedback, thank you.
I changed to Caremark after my old agency didn't follow the instructions asked. Caremark have been so helpful all the way from the original enquiry to the carers started and still are now nothing is too much trouble for these guys they are such a pleasure to have in my property couldn't fault them at all 10/10
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for being so complimentary about the service we provide to you. We are very grateful and delighted to know you are happy with the service you receive.
I'm very glad I found Caremark The carers, management and standard of care provided, all excellent. i can't think of anything I'm not happy with. Obviously, care fees aren't cheap but I think they are pretty competitive, from what I've seen.
Thank you for your kind review, It is always a pleasure to provide the needed care and support.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The carers that come to mum are friendly and professional. Mum is very happy and comfortable to be left with them, which gives me peace of mind if we're away.
Thank you for your kind review, it was a pleasure to look after your mum.
Caremark were appointed to visit my mother primarily although they looked after my father too as both were suffering from different forms of dementia. All carers were friendly, supportive, caring. They took them out for walks, did colouring and exercise particularly my mother who was deteriorating rapidly. The management kept us informed at all times. We would not have been able to keep them at home as long as we did without excellent Caremark. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
Thank you for your lovely review, it was a pleasure to look after your parents.
The service has been nothing less than outstanding, the care and companionship has been first rate and my father has bonded well with the very respectful team member.
This has also given my father a greater level of social engagement, chatting and playing board games etc as well as going out for short walks, and has also allowed my mother respite for at least one day a week.
We are very pleased with Caremark Doncaster, I cannot recommend them enough.
Well done, Caremark!
We appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review. It has indeed been a pleasure to look after your Dad.
Due to complications, she had a 2-month stay in hospital and unfortunately, since then she has been bed-bound. When she was well enough to come out of hospital we contacted Caremark and between us produced a care plan to cover all Mother's needs.
Caremark have been absolutely brilliant since day one. All the staff from management to carers are very professional and dedicated in everything they have done. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond caring for my mother and helping the family to get all the care and assistance that she needs.
When the time comes that a care company is needed we would highly recommend Caremark we only wish we had found them earlier.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice review. It has been a pleasure to look after your mum.
The Carers were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my Mum was happy, which put my Mum at ease.
She was very weary of strangers coming into her house to care for her, but she found it quite easy to accept this due to the care and love your carers showed towards her. Our family will be eternally grateful to you all and we appreciate the lengths they had to go to just to get through to such a remote location often 4 times a day at some points.
So blessed we found you and doubly blessed that Mum had you to care for her.
If ever my Dad needs help in the future we will be in touch in a Heartbeat and for anyone reading this review, words just can't do justice to the care and support my lovely Mum has had from Caremark and their team of Carers. My mum loved you all and so did we!
We appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review. It was indeed a pleasure to look after your mum.
My wife and I took a holiday in Jan and on day one we were notified that Dad had suffered another fall which had caused him slight injury. Caremark took appropriate action and was flexible enough to increase visits to 3 times a day which was enormously reassuring.
Dad recently passed away. Thanks to all at Caremark, but special thanks go to the 2 regular carers. I can't name you, but hopefully, you know who you are.
Thank you for your lovely review, it was a pleasure to look after your Father.
The management has bent over backwards to swap and change care packages when required. Carers are excellent and the same carers all the time. They have a true understanding of a dementia client. Would definitely recommend this company.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review.
My mum enjoys the calls and likes all the carers. They talk to her and meet her needs, her medication and hygiene needs are met with some light opportunities for helping her keep the house tidy. The service takes pressure off me and slows me to spend quality time with my mum.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review.
From day one they provided very reliable service and helped us with suggestions of food suppliers, how to store Dad's house keys, and other equipment we might find helpful with dads day to day care and safety.
The care manager and care coordinator always replied to any questions or worries I had and were always happy to amend visiting hours or the care plan we had in place.
I felt a sense of comfort knowing that a caring and reliable company was taking care of Dad and that any problems or concerns would be brought to my attention immediately.
Monthly invoices are emailed to you with all the visits recorded on a daily basis so it is quite simple to check that they are correct and then payment can be made using an online banking transfer.
Without Caremark, I don’t know what we would have done about Dad's daily care as the local council could not offer any help or support.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review.
