Caremark flew to the rescue when it looked like my dad needed nursing care at home, providing a much-needed fast response at a time when our family was feeling vulnerable and helpless. The Caremark representative who responded to my call gave our family her time, expertise, and guidance willingly and generously, with no strings attached. The fact that Caremark liaises closely with Adult Social Services also gave us the confidence this is a reliable organisation wholly trusted by the local authorities, a safe pair of hands.
The manager and the whole team at Caremark in Doncaster were just brilliant from the first contact, through 7 months of care for my mother and father in their home. They visited 4 times a day, preparing meals and helping my mother with her personal care. Always delivered with respect, dignity and a smile, even arranging waking night sitters for Mum to keep her safe at night. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review.
Very pleased with the quality of care after knee surgery. The carer was polite helpful and compassionate. She worked effectively and provided any care I needed. She was friendly and very professional. She always arrived on time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing support. The management are very efficient and also compassionate to one’s needs.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We are grateful.
Communication between my dad, the carers and the office has been excellent. Dad speaks very highly of the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail from both male carers who currently visit him. Having used an alternative care provider in the past, I am delighted they are not all the same!
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We really appreciate it.
Care workers have always been punctual, friendly and patient. Requested care and tasks have been carried out efficiently and effectively. All staff appear to have genuine compassion for clients and a willingness to provide exactly what the client requires.
Many thanks for your feedback. We appreciate the time you have taken as we can use this to improve on the service that we deliver. Kind Regards.
Always keen to help one carer was excellent we were disappointed when she left.
Just a good word for the other carer he jelled with the client was excellent.
The client was very comfortable with the service.
Kind Regards.
My friend has never had carers come into her home before, so was naturally a little apprehensive. Her fears were allayed right from the start. Everyone we have dealt with at Caremark has been friendly, kind and understanding. The emphasis is on what is best for the customer and how she wishes to be treated. I would recommend Caremark to anyone looking for a caring care company.
Kind Regards.
We needed 1 week respite care for mum who has complex care needs. Most care companies shy away from this sort of provision. But Caremark embraced our needs and gave a reliable, compassionate service.
Mum loved having the team in her home. And would be very happy to use Caremark Doncaster again in the future.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We are glad to hear how pleased you are with our service.
