We have received an excellent service. The carers have, and are, all highly professional, kind and reliable. Their service has made a huge positive impact on our lives and helped us cope with the increasingly difficult symptoms of Alzheimer's.

Right at Home have provided home care for both my parents since April 2025.

Since then my father is now in a nursing home due to his complex needs. They now provide excellent care for my mother. Mum can be quite difficult at times and they send a carer who understands her needs and can communicate with her in Punjabi.

Highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for care.

The team was efficient, professional, compassionate, kindly and humorous. Time keeping was excellent and they constantly asked if there was anything additional they could do. They very quickly mastered PEG feeding and the inevitable, intricate aspects of bespoke care. The team was very respectful (without being cloying) and were impressively quick to size up situations. This indicates empathy and emotional intelligence. Always within the parameters of care guidelines, they knew when to take the initiative, if this was ever needed. The owner of the agency was always very well-informed about our individual set up and was regularly updated by her staff. She was fearless in seeking honest feedback. She was also concerned about us as individuals.

At a very difficult time, the care service we needed was put in place very quickly and without fuss. The staff we met were professional and understood my needs. They arrived promptly each time and were very flexible in the tasks they undertook.

Both my mother and myself feel that we are listened to, heard clearly and Mum's needs put first. The team work together to provide an efficient and caring service. They adapt to her needs and offer reassurance when she gets upset. A well organised and efficient company.

We required a care package pulling together in a timely manner. The MD of Right at Home responded promptly and we were able to set up the support package quickly and efficiently. This was our first experience of accessing care, and both my mum and I were very impressed with how professional, flexible and client centered the service was. My mum felt she was treated with dignity and respect and that the support workers were easy to build a positive rapport with. Right at Home cared for my father after he'd had a prolonged stay in hospital. Prior to discharge they visited his home, spoke to him in hospital, and had conversations with the occupational therapist to get an accurate assessment of his care needs. The team were there as he arrived home after discharge so he received the best support right away. I found them to be compassionate, caring, and patient. They took time to get to know Dad and build a relationship with him, during a challenging time when he was having to adapt to a new 'normal' way of life. The MD and Care Coordinator kept me up to date daily which provided me with a welcome level of reassurance. I would be happy to recommend Right at Home.

I contacted Right at Home - Leeds East, Roundhay to Rothwell when my very elderly mum had a bit of a crisis and needed carers very urgently. I looked at a few businesses online and it was difficult to know where to start. I sent a message to the managing director on a Sunday morning and to my surprise she called me within the hour and we had a long chat and started to put arrangements into place. The service I have had from Right at Home has been exemplary. Communication is excellent. They have been very flexible and responsive when changes to arrangements have been necessary, and above all the kind and caring attitude of the staff is just lovely. I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this business.

From our first meeting, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Right at Home. The staff are so friendly, attentive, and understanding to both myself and especially Mum. Being able to contact the carer directly is brilliant. The app is such a great addition, seeing how they have cared for Mum on a daily basis. I am very happy knowing Mum is in safe hands with carers who not only do an amazing job but do care.
