We were introduced to Carmark Brent when we were looking for morning assistance for my disabled wife. We were impressed by their attention to detail when presenting the resources of the company and subsequently when providing us with suitable carers, who have proved to be both friendly and knowledgeable. As my wife's degenerative condition has worsened the care has increased to a total of two carers for four hours per day. All of the carers provided to meet this extra resource demand have been excellent and the whole experience has been managed with thoroughness and care. We are very pleased.

Caremark have been providing care for my Dad. The carers are patient, polite and caring and having their support has helped Dad to develop a better daily routine. Open and accessible communication with management also allows us to coordinate days and any required, creating a seamless process.

Only after a few weeks my mum has settled in well with her carer, which is a great relief. It's a great relief to see my mum happy with the carer and couldn't ask for more.

I chose Caremark (Brent) to help provide support for my Father who is at home recovering from a stroke. Having engaged with other service providers, they stood out from everyone else because, from the outset, the team proved to be exceptionally professional and very understanding. They managed to match my Father to the perfect carer, which has helped give me much-needed peace of mind, and boost my Father's post-stroke recovery confidence.

We have been with the Brent Caremark team since May and whilst our first two weeks were a bit patchy with one particular carer, things have been smooth sailing since. The manager worked hard and diligently to ensure Mum's needs were being met. She carried out inspections with carers multiple times and was able to find the perfect fit for Mum and our family. My mother suffers from dementia and having the same, gentle, kind and understanding carers is essential, particularly as her dementia has advanced to the stage where she is no longer able to speak and vocalise her feelings properly. We feel totally at ease and happy to leave Mum with Caremark (Brent) carers. We consider the ones that we have currently as part of our family. Would definitely recommend the team to friends, family and strangers.
