We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care my mum received from Gaia Home Care. All the team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and kindness every step of the way. They treated mum with dignity and respect, always going above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and she was well
looked after. Their support not only brought her peace of mind but also reassured our whole family during a very challenging time. Mum had quite a few complex needs and the team dealt with these exceptionally. Infact i can honestly say we came to regard them as family, as did they with us . Every carer who visited was not only highly skilled but truly kind and thoughtful. They took the time to get to know mum as a person, not just a client, treating her with utmost patience, empathy, and a warm hearted approach, which made a real difference to her daily life and well-being. We couldn't have asked for better care - thank you for making a difference.

My mums biggest fear was needing to go into a care home and simply put if it wasn't for the amazing work and care Gaia provided that would have happened. For that I will be forever grateful to the team. Their level of care and attention was second to none. From the day to day care they provided for
my Mum to even helping us with dealing with the situation my Mum was in, they are an amazing team and went above and beyond many many times.

Would truly 100% recommend Gaia, the care they give my mother is outstanding, not only do they put my mother first and treat her with respect, all the team care and treat her like she is a family member and go above and beyond to make her needs are met, there isn't anything too much hassle for them,
not only do they treat my mom like family, my mother feels like she's part of their family and trust the full team, unlike other care companies Gaia genuinely care about their clients and treat them with respect and dignity, The communication that I have experienced with Gaia is outstanding and always on the ball if they notice anything changes in my mother they inform me instantly and keep me updated on it, gaia care doesn't just stop at caring for my mother they have also been an emotional support for myself. From my experience Gaia does excel in what they claim that it is a person centered and put the clients needs first and treats them as a person not just a job.

I would highly recommend Gaia Home Care to anyone looking for a home care package for their loved ones. The care my dad has and still does receive is outstanding, the staff go above and beyond what you would expect of them. They always treat Dad with kindness and respect and have helped us feel confident
that Dad is safe and happy at home.
