Michaela Sarah & there team are absolute angels , they provide consistent high quality reliable care and my mum managed to stay home safely reaching the 100 year milestone thanks to Gaia Staff . Even in deep snow they managed to attend and always communicated when any medical issues arose . When care became more intensive they re arranged schedules to try and accommodate mum as best as possible. Attention to detail & a marvellous relationship with mum means I will always sing the praises of this beautiful small group of caring individuals. Thank you Ladies The Best !
It is an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much!!
I found the girls very friendly and caring. They went above and beyond what was needed. Even making me and family cups of coffee or tea nothing was too much. Thumbs up from me, five stars all the way.
Thank you for your lovely kind words, it means a lot to us to hear the wider impact that our care staff deliver.
We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care my mum received from Gaia Home Care. All the team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and kindness every step of the way. They treated mum with dignity and respect, always going above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and she was well looked after. Their support not only brought her peace of mind but also reassured our whole family during a very challenging time. Mum had quite a few complex needs and the team dealt with these exceptionally. Infact i can honestly say we came to regard them as family, as did they with us . Every carer who visited was not only highly skilled but truly kind and thoughtful. They took the time to get to know mum as a person, not just a client, treating her with utmost patience, empathy, and a warm hearted approach, which made a real difference to her daily life and well-being. We couldn't have asked for better care - thank you for making a difference.
Thank you so very much for these truly kind words. It is truly from the heart that we work, and being able to do this is a true pleasure.
My mums biggest fear was needing to go into a care home and simply put if it wasn't for the amazing work and care Gaia provided that would have happened. For that I will be forever grateful to the team. Their level of care and attention was second to none. From the day to day care they provided for my Mum to even helping us with dealing with the situation my Mum was in, they are an amazing team and went above and beyond many many times.
What an absolute honor, privilege and pleasure. We pride ourselves on celebrating client individuality and ensuring that their wants needs and wishes are met to the very best of our abilities. Thank you so very much for these lovely kind words, I will pass this on to our incredible team.
Would truly 100% recommend Gaia, the care they give my mother is outstanding, not only do they put my mother first and treat her with respect, all the team care and treat her like she is a family member and go above and beyond to make her needs are met, there isn't anything too much hassle for them, not only do they treat my mom like family, my mother feels like she's part of their family and trust the full team, unlike other care companies Gaia genuinely care about their clients and treat them with respect and dignity, The communication that I have experienced with Gaia is outstanding and always on the ball if they notice anything changes in my mother they inform me instantly and keep me updated on it, gaia care doesn't just stop at caring for my mother they have also been an emotional support for myself. From my experience Gaia does excel in what they claim that it is a person centered and put the clients needs first and treats them as a person not just a job.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and words. It is an absolute pleasure and honor to deliver the high quality care and support we do!
I would highly recommend Gaia Home Care to anyone looking for a home care package for their loved ones. The care my dad has and still does receive is outstanding, the staff go above and beyond what you would expect of them. They always treat Dad with kindness and respect and have helped us feel confident that Dad is safe and happy at home.
Thank you so much Carol. It really is our pleasure. Dad brings so much joy to us everyday.

Sarah is one of our directors, who, alongside Michaela, decided to start our company to ensure the best quality care was available. Sarah is qualified to a very high standard with a Level 7 NVQ and diplomas in:
Leadership and management
Dementia awareness
Clinical skills
and many more
Sarah is still working alongside our team as she loves working with our clients and believes that all our team are equal.
Michaela, alongside Sarah, started Gaia Home Care in 2022. With the ambition to provide person-centred, well-led care. Michaela is the Registered manager of Gaia and director, but still to this day visits clients and performs care for individuals as it’s a passion.
Robyn was our first staff member to join our team. Robyn studied health and social care at college and wanted to progress faster with hands-on experience. When Robyn joined Gaia, we paid for in-depth mandatory training and qualifications in specialist areas such as dementia and end-of-life. Robyn is still a vital member of our team and is looking to progress up the career ladder to a senior position.
Lynne joined us in 2024 with many years of experience in the care sector. Lynne has been very vocal about how much she loves working for Gaia and how different we do things, and the amount of support we provide clients and staff is second to none.
Wensdie joined us in 2025, completely new to care. After working in the final sector, Wensdie joined us in the care sector, and we couldn’t be prouder. Wensdie has completed all mandatory training to high standards and is also looking to progress further within the company and care sector.
