Fantastic and professional service to this point. Totally understanding of individual situations and can't find any faults to hightlight. Exceptionally courteous and polite service providers and always seem to be cheerful in their duties.

Friendly, efficient and caring. Used the company for temporary care during a holiday - Utopia were very good throughout our stay. Carer formed a lovely relationship with my mum from day 1 and made her feel at ease. Really appreciated the great service we got. Would definitely use again.

Pulled Utopia Care with search engine, visit made to assess need. Contract drawn up and service commenced. The patient took to the carers, and no problems arose from the care staff; they are very professional and sympathetic to the patient and husband. Always advised of changes noted during visits and advised should visiting times need to be changed. Visits were upgraded after consultation with nursing staff. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of the service.

The care and support my brother receives is excellent. As he has a learning disability it is important that he has a strict routine which has been adhered to. Having had a major stroke last year the carers treat him with sensitivity, understanding and friendliness. He is very happy and pleased with this excellent care.

"Utopia Care" are genuinely the best. We had Utopia Care for my elderly father for a few months. They were compassionate, punctual, efficient, trustworthy, patient, and simply the best. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It was so nice to have dedicated carers who my father found really personal, rather than seeing a different face on every visit, like other companies. Excellent service. Carers who really care and go above and beyond. Excellent manager who is able to give practical advice on a wide range of topics affecting the disabled. Carers are on time, efficient, friendly and really good at their jobs. I am diabetic and have food care from my carers, they also assist me with shopping, housework, and paperwork on request. Could not be happier with the quality of service and would recommend to anyone.

The cleaning service (house cleaning) experience was efficient and impressive and put with our complete satisfaction fulfilling what we required.

The service provided by Utopia is excellent. It is nice to have the same carers rather than lots of different ones. They are always prompt and polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
