My daughter Alisha started receiving services from Utopia Care around December 2023. The care staff is excellent as they try to engage my daughter in the activities best to her ability. My daughter likes swimming, feeding the ducks, the gym, and trampoline parks. Sometimes she is socially engaged as

The manager and her colleagues support my 95 yr old Mum in her own home. Utopia has provided 2 separate weeks of live in care after a Hospital stay and then also after coming out of respite care. The whole family are very impressed with the care given, the respect for our Mum's dignity, the communication
from the manager, the flexibility offered. Our Mum is a fiercely independent person but has eventually accepted the help which is enabling her to gradually regain some independence. I'm sure that the manager and her team, along with my niece, are pivotal in supporting and enabling my Mum's recovery from a fall and Hospital stays.
I would like to express my sincere thanks for all the help/support given thus far.

My mum has dementia and can be extremely difficult. Utopia's carers are very understanding of this and are kind and patient. They have some amazing carers who are very dedicated and really do " care."
I feel stressed looking after mum, but it helps so much to be able to trust her care to utopia and
know they won't get angry, or take it personally when she's at her worst.
They give careful consideration to who they employ, and any issues I have are dealt with promptly, thank you to all the carers.
