Overall, the carers that have attended to my dad are kind and well-meaning. Some are efficient and competent, while others are not. The main concern I have encountered is that not all the employees that attend to my father understand the medication, and more than once he has had to point out an error with administering a particular med.

Utopia Care they have been great in all aspects of my dad's care since day 1. The carers do their best to carry out all care duties under difficult circumstances as my dad's just been diagnosed with vascular dementia which makes it even harder for them.

We were impressed with the support from the company from day one. The carer they have assigned to my mother is lovely and keeps me informed of any concerns.Also the care is logged on a customer portal that I can access daily.I would highly recommend this company 100%

In my care - a brain bleed stroke paralising my left side. I have found that the carers provided to me have been polite helpful domesticated and proffesional and 'Godsend' while dealing with my needs and illness. Always on time the carers and Utopia have been a breath of fresh air to me and I praise them all plus their management, a very efficient and first class company and staff achieving what I could not in my daily life because of my disabilities. I would recommend Utopia to anyone who needs a carer to live as normal.

My daughter Alisha started receiving services from Utopia Care around December 2023. The care staff is excellent as they try to engage my daughter in the activities best to her ability. My daughter likes swimming, feeding the ducks, the gym, and trampoline parks. Sometimes she is socially engaged as well as happy when doing her sessions. She enjoys her sessions, particularly with Witney and Bristy.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. They leave the kitchen and bathroom in good order. Can be very chatty and make you feel comfortable to talk to. If you have a problem or request, the office is always there to help you sort things out.

I have enjoyed having new carers and it feel better than going to the library all the time.

Utopia Care are the one's caring for me daily. They are prompt and very responsive to my needs and care plan. They have dedicated and disciplined staff who are consistently in all their routine. Utopia is flexible to accommodate any hospital appointment days.
