Fantastic and professional service to this point. Totally understanding of individual situations and can't find any faults to hightlight. Exceptionally courteous and polite service providers and always seem to be cheerful in their duties.

Overall Experience

Friendly, efficient and caring. Used the company for temporary care during a holiday - Utopia were very good throughout our stay. Carer formed a lovely relationship with my mum from day 1 and made her feel at ease. Really appreciated the great service we got. Would definitely use again.

Overall Experience

Pulled Utopia Care with search engine, visit made to assess need. Contract drawn up and service commenced. The patient took to the carers, and no problems arose from the care staff; they are very professional and sympathetic to the patient and husband. Always advised of changes noted during visits and advised should visiting times need to be changed. Visits were upgraded after consultation with nursing staff. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of the service.

Overall Experience

The care and support my brother receives is excellent. As he has a learning disability it is important that he has a strict routine which has been adhered to. Having had a major stroke last year the carers treat him with sensitivity, understanding and friendliness. He is very happy and pleased with this excellent care.

Overall Experience

"Utopia Care" are genuinely the best. We had Utopia Care for my elderly father for a few months. They were compassionate, punctual, efficient, trustworthy, patient, and simply the best. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It was so nice to have dedicated carers who my father found really personal, rather than seeing a different face on every visit, like other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic care company. Thank you.

Overall Experience
The manager and her colleagues support my 95 yr old Mum in her own home. Utopia has provided 2 separate weeks of live in care after a Hospital stay and then also after coming out of respite care. The whole family are very impressed with the care given, the respect for our Mum's dignity, the communication from the manager, the flexibility offered. Our Mum is a fiercely independent person but has eventually accepted the help which is enabling her to gradually regain some independence. I'm sure that the manager and her team, along with my niece, are pivotal in supporting and enabling my Mum's recovery from a fall and Hospital stays.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for all the help/support given thus far.

Overall Experience

Excellent service. Carers who really care and go above and beyond. Excellent manager who is able to give practical advice on a wide range of topics affecting the disabled. Carers are on time, efficient, friendly and really good at their jobs. I am diabetic and have food care from my carers, they also assist me with shopping, housework, and paperwork on request. Could not be happier with the quality of service and would recommend to anyone.

The service provided by Utopia is excellent. It is nice to have the same carers rather than lots of different ones. They are always prompt and polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Utopia has provided care for my mum since the start of 2025.
Words cannot express how happy my family has been with the level of care and support she receives.
The manager is very approachable and works well with my mum and family members. She adapts things to fit in with us and has twice provided full care for a week at a time. The carer stayed each time and was very attentive towards my mum.

I highly recommend Utopia to anyone looking for an exceptional standard of care.
