My mother's carers are fabulous. They treat Mum with thoughtful care and respect. They are very good humoured and it's been lovely to have a few key regular cares who now know Mum and the whole family very well. I have found the agency easy to deal with and appreciate the flexibility they have shown when we've wanted to try new things. Thank you

I am kept up to date about their care and approached with concerns or additional needs they may have ie: shopping, medication etc.

Raychantpat has restored my faith in home carers. As a nurse myself I see many different carers with differing styles. My heart has gone from racing with worry to a calm rate. The carers who have looked after my mum has been so kind, used all their skills with mum's dementia, they don't take things personally and they have seen my truly beautiful mum. This has allowed my dad and I for the first time to go away on holiday and leave my mum in their care, knowing my mum is happy and safe, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. They are fantastic and we are extremely grateful, thank you.
All going very well, it’s good to have a helping hand to take the pressure off me, all staff have been very helpful and professional. My daughter loves having them here. All round, an excellent service.

Raychantpat have only been caring for my husband for a week. In this time the carers have been getting to know his needs and we have been getting used to how they work. The carers are cheerful and friendly and they take their role seriously. My husband seems to be happy with the care. Difficult to write a review after such a short time, but if things continue to progress in the way they have been, I will be extremely pleased.
Very polite and caring attitude towards the client. After a few blips, with how to work the microwave and how to cook his favourite food, all is well. My father-in-law looks forward to her next visit throughout the day and is very touched by the way the carer departs in the evening, with a kind word, treating him like a treasured older member of the family when we can’t be there. Thank you, we can feel he is well cared for.
So far, so good. My family would still choose Raychantpat in future. Granny has fallen in love with their services. We all like the tender, loving care she received. The facilities are in perfect condition, and the workers are very respectful and professional.
