The service provided to Mum and Dad is outstanding. All carers I have encountered are prompt, polite and diligent. My mother in law has the most needs. She is handled with care, compassion and respect. Her dementia is advanced and the carers I have met engage with in a friendly and supportive manner.
Dad can be a little cantankerous at times and they deal with him politely and always explain what and why they are doing things.
I am kept up to date about their care and approached with concerns or additional needs they may have ie: shopping, medication etc.
I am extremely happy with the service provided and feel able to relax a little (my husband and I live in Manchester) so having carers we trust is very important.

My husband has very good care. Regularly keeping to the same carer, she is always punctual has a good rapport with my husband, and is very helpful with changing bedding, etc.
I find Raychantpat easy to get hold of in an emergency.

Raychantpat has restored my faith in home carers. As a nurse myself I see many different carers with differing styles. My heart has gone from racing with worry to a calm rate. The carers who have looked after my mum has been so kind, used all their skills with mum's dementia, they don't take things
personally and they have seen my truly beautiful mum. This has allowed my dad and I for the first time to go away on holiday and leave my mum in their care, knowing my mum is happy and safe, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. They are fantastic and we are extremely grateful, thank you.

Although Dad’s carers were only with him for a short time, they were impressive with their grasp of his needs and the kind and considered approach.
I thought the management was excellent, with the team’s use of the app, so I could see in detail how each visit had gone, a real comfort. My dad was treated
with immense dignity and support. Thank you.

Raychantpat have only been caring for my husband for a week. In this time the carers have been getting to know his needs and we have been getting used to how they work. The carers are cheerful and friendly and they take their role seriously. My husband seems to be happy with the care. Difficult to write
a review after such a short time, but if things continue to progress in the way they have been, I will be extremely pleased.

Very polite and caring attitude towards the client. After a few blips, with how to work the microwave and how to cook his favourite food, all is well. My father-in-law looks forward to her next visit throughout the day and is very touched by the way the carer departs in the evening, with a kind word,
treating him like a treasured older member of the family when we can’t be there. Thank you, we can feel he is well cared for.

So far, so good. My family would still choose Raychantpat in future. Granny has fallen in love with their services. We all like the tender, loving care she received. The facilities are in perfect condition, and the workers are very respectful and professional.
