Living Waters Healthcare Services - Birmingham

We have been using Living Waters to provide daily care for my father for a few months now. The carers are friendly, professional and supportive. The management team gave been helpful and supportive in putting together care that fits my Dad's needs.

I would thoroughly recommend Living Waters as a care company. They made my brother in law feel safe and confident in his care team. They understood his unique needs and the characteristics of autism. They quickly responded to queries from the family and kept in touch regularly when issues arose. They were particularly responsive during his last weeks and the wider family felt supported too. They always responded to calls and were very quick to resolve any issues and provide additional training to staff. Their night care provision was excellent. An excellent care provider and we are grateful to have found them.

Much cigarette ash matches & cigarette ends in chair raisers & floor in front of mums lounge chair all of which transfers to bed.

Lovely bunch of carers, I would recommend them. Very friendly and they show you when they're here they care about you. If I feel down they try and make me laugh. The only recommendation I have is when they have a big enough client list and enough staff to offer actually night call-outs for those who may need it. But other than that you know you've got support when you've got these working with you.

My experience of working with Living Waters, has been extremely positive, great care and willingness to work with you on dealing with care issues. Good communication and value for money. I highly recommend them.
