Positives: Overall happy with the carer, and have built up a good relationship. Carers are very compassionate, helpful and flexible with hours which is a great help to us. Negatives: we often struggle with local activities and offers for young children with disabilities. It would help if the company
(homecare) worked with the local authority to provide more information on what's available to us.

Cannot fault my son’s PA whatsoever! Having a nonverbal autistic 6ft teenager is no easy task, but the carer is brilliant with my son! We have used another care provider in the past and would recommend Global in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything that you do to give us a break, it is greatly appreciated!
