The family are always kept very well informed of every development and change in my mother's needs, the carers keep me updated day to day with how she’s doing.
As a family we are all very grateful to the manager and care staff for all their efforts and hard work they put into Mum every day, to make sure she is happy, safe and all of her needs are met, we cannot thank them enough.
Thank you, DCC for everything you do and all your hard work and efforts.
