A very good team of carers. Dedicated, respectful and professional. Compliant. Good communication with management. Flexible and generally on time. A good mix of male and female carers.

The carers have given exceptional service. Both in efficiency and personal care for my wife. They are polite in manner and we really couldn't have asked for better. Nothing is too much trouble.

Information given at assessment stage when I was an inpatient in the hospice was clear and helpful. I felt I knew roughly what to expect, e.g., practical advice re installing key safe. Communication with care management and staff has been very good. I have appreciated the flexibility that has been offered, e.g., adjusting visit times when I have been out of the house for various reasons. Care staff have shown sensitivity to me in getting to know my routines, my likes and dislikes and how I like to 'run' my household. There has been a lovely sense of genuine interest in my wider circumstances, e.g., family dynamics & the fact I am a grandma, visits from grandchildren. This has always been balanced, never overfamiliar. Care staff are kind, efficient, good humoured and compassionate. They are good listeners.

I can not thank the carers at Into Care Ltd enough. They were extremely professional and were so very kind and gentle to my mother who was under palliative care, as well as myself and my family who were also looking after my mum at home 24/7. They visited 3/4 times a day and always smiled and were very courteous. My mum was extremely anxious about having carers but she really liked each and everyone and was very comfortable around them. When I became a bit out of my depth, the carers noticed and stepped in and found help for me without me even asking for it so they went above and beyond. The team manager was always on the other end of the phone and also stepped in and visited when she knew I was struggling. I can't say enough good things about this company and all of the staff.

My husband is a home palliative care patient, and we have four visits a day. The care he has received has been excellent. He has been treated with dignity and respect, and they attend to his care needs as if he were a family member.

The carers came in the last 3 weeks of my wife's life. I was happy with how they cared for her. One female who came every day was very good. Although unconscious kept speaking to her to say what she was doing.

A wonderful team. Always a warm welcome with a lovely smile. Nothing is too much trouble. They all feel like a family.

Well, we couldn’t have been more grateful and happier with the care my husband is receiving. All of our carers are polite, helpful, very friendly and respectful to all of our family. Nothing is too much hassle for them, and they always have a smile whilst being professional too. Thank you to the manager and the team for everything you do for us as a family.

I could not be more impressed by the support my aunt received from Into Care Ltd! They were loving, kind, caring and thoughtful - always. They showed great attention to the detail of my aunt's care, including always putting on her her favourite perfume. My aunt enjoyed them coming in and caring for her. In addition, they were super kind to all my family - we almost considered them family by the time they left! They made my aunt's end of life as 'sweet' as it could be - I miss them.

I could not fault the care that my mother received from her carers. They were very professional and very caring and treated her with dignity.

If you look at the ratings I've given it says it all. All you can ask is for them to take good care of the patient. Which they did excellently. I can not recommend them more highly. I am more than happy.
