I have such lovely carers who all have a lovely smile and treat me with respect. They shower and dress me three times a week. Every Monday they change my bedding for me as I do not have the strength in my arms anymore. They always ask if they can do anything else for me. I do not know what I would do without them. Trinity carers were arranged for us by the NHS for respite care but we were so impressed we stayed with them on a private basis. The 24h carers were fantastic with my mum and she loved having them in her home. The care given was excellent and the managers very communicative and responsive. Trinity Care is a service that in my experience provides a great package of support that is made up by a bespoke care plan, that is sensitively arranged with great communication and care. My father received support for his self-care from experienced carers who were very warm, and compassionate to his needs, however they were quick to identify that his needs were greater than the initial plan implemented. As a result information was passed back to their manager who went above and beyond to liaise with relevant service to ensure my father was provided with specialist equipment and an intense package of support. It was arranged for the same carers to come and care for my mum three times a day. They have built up a relationship with Mum and got to know her likes and dislikes and are happy in their work and go out of their way to reassure Mum of what they are doing. It is also a help to my peace of mind that when I call them I get a prompt response to my concerns and guidance as to what, if anything needs doing.

Lights are left on during the daytime. Some carers don't know Dad's needs and I have to explain it all the time. Dirty clothes are sometimes not put in the wash basket. Washing up and bins are not done sometimes. Dad's clothes are sometimes not changed weekly.
