As soon as I opened the door I knew our experience would be good. Our carer had a lovely smile and is totally committed to her task.

This organisation is absolutely first-rate. We have depended on them time and time again and every time they have not faltered in their determination to provide outstanding professional care and support in our time of need. No words can describe these utterly amazing people, they perhaps will never know the debt of gratitude I have. It is now an undeniably difficult world where the good people of this world are becoming rarer. It is therefore humbling to encounter such dedicated, hard-working, professional, friendly as well as delightful members of this organisation when in the dark days of your life you look and if you are lucky find such people as these to help you and the members of your family in most need in desperate times. It is reassuring to know that such such an organisation can provide you with peace of mind and re-kindle your hope in humanity. Trinity Carers has provided so much more to me personally and my family than taking my mother backwards and forwards to the hospital.

It was arranged for the same carers to come and care for my mum three times a day. They have built up a relationship with Mum and got to know her likes and dislikes and are happy in their work and go out of their way to reassure Mum of what they are doing. It is also a help to my peace of mind that when I call them I get a prompt response to my concerns and guidance as to what, if anything needs doing.

I've only had a carer for a few months and I think we get on well. She is a happy person and gets on with the job, no complaints.

We were always happy with how my mum was treated with dignity and respect.

Lights are left on during the daytime. Some carers don't know Dad's needs and I have to explain it all the time. Dirty clothes are sometimes not put in the wash basket. Washing up and bins are not done sometimes. Dad's clothes are sometimes not changed weekly.

The team at Trinity are well trained and understands client's needs with questions to get the right answer. Reporting and communications are strict as in completely daily reports, understanding the client has changing moods due to an increase in medications and supporting when I am down or noticing when I am high or prescribed pain relief medications. I believe the Trinity training program is a huge asset to developing new members of their teams to clients. Beautiful staff and 1st impressions and understanding of the new cultures in homecare.

I have used Trinity Carers since leaving respite care in April. Initially, the head person came to help me and then introduced the individuals to me. Very appropriate. The carers arrive on time. If there has been a delay I was informed in a timely manner. The carers have 'cared' in the true sense of the word. They treated me with dignity, have been appropriately helpful and we have had some fun and laughter. The latter is important in aiding recovery. With advanced notice, the head person has been prepared to be flexible with my prearranged carer time so that I could have some friends around for the evening. Once I am fully recovered I think that I will miss the carers.

Today I went to Didcot with the carer. We went to a shop and I bought some new underwear. My carer helped me to choose the right size. My carer helped me to buy a sandwich and hot chocolate. We then went to look at jigsaws in another show and I chose The Gruffalo. The carer takes me out once a week and is very kind.
