Trinity Carers Services is a domiciliary care provider offering care and support to people from the comfort of their own homes.

We required some help with my father overnight when he came home from the hospital. The night care was facilitated promptly and has been excellent. A relief to know there was someone here. My father is now so much better and able to be on his own again. Thank you for your help.

I have used Trinity Carers to care for my mother, who was suffering from Dementia. Dementia is a horrible illness which, in my mother's case, took away her ability to live unaided. Trinity Carers provided an excellent first-class service by providing live-in carers on a 24 x 7 basis. Their understanding
of Dementia, including my mother's and family's needs, was exceptional. The bond that the carers built with my mother helped enormously and always brought a smile to my mother's face.
I would highly recommend Trinity CarersServices. They operate with integrity/professionalism, and compassion.

Since my wife came out of hospital, she has many physical and mental problems. The carers do a very difficult job.
The carers treat my wife with compassion and dignity, I think they are great and I think we are very lucky to have them.

I have used Trinity Carers since leaving respite care in April. Initially, the head person came to help me and then introduced the individuals to me. Very appropriate. The carers arrive on time. If there has been a delay I was informed in a timely manner. The carers have 'cared' in the true sense of
the word. They treated me with dignity, have been appropriately helpful and we have had some fun and laughter. The latter is important in aiding recovery. With advanced notice, the head person has been prepared to be flexible with my prearranged carer time so that I could have some friends around for the evening. Once I am fully recovered I think that I will miss the carers.

Today I went to Didcot with the carer. We went to a shop and I bought some new underwear. My carer helped me to choose the right size. My carer helped me to buy a sandwich and hot chocolate. We then went to look at jigsaws in another show and I chose The Gruffalo. The carer takes me out once a week
and is very kind.

Very pleased with Trinity Carers Services so far, they are providing efficient good service for my family member. It's great they are based in Faringdon. They have a good number of carers who are very pleasant and get on with the work, trainees have an experienced carer with them. Very happy to continue
