My mother in law started using the service - Homecare Solutions For You in Wellingborough in November 2023. We transferred from another company due to the language barrier my mother-in-law faced. She does not speak English and this company was able to provide a carer who could speak Gujarati. My mother-in-law is a very hard person to please and the manager and the carers who came to help did everything they asked for. I was very happy with the regular reviews I had with the manager. If we had any concerns, these were dealt with promptly.

We have used Homecare Solutions for You for over 12 months for support for my dad. Initially this was for companionship but over the past 6 - 7 weeks we have been receiving tailored support specific for Dad's needs.
Dad's carer has the qualities you require from someone who supports your loved one. He is friendly, kind, honest, reliable and trustworthy. Dad and he have built up a lovely rapport. Dad can be a tricky client but the carer seems to have won him over which is no easy task.
Homecare Solutions for You are an experienced and professional team. I have relied upon them considerably over the past 16 months and they have never let me down. All of my dad's needs have been fully assessed and reviewed. They deliver on their promises and I have received regular communications from them.

I think Homecare Solutions are doing a great job with the individual's care needs. Although a fairly new company, seem to know exactly what clients need in terms of their tailored care package.

Seems to have a quick turnover of office staff, hope this settles with time as continuity is important.
