With over 15 years of experience in the Social Care industry, I have held various roles, including Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Social Worker, Senior Carer, and Carer. My background spans both community-based and hospital settings, where I have worked extensively as a Support Worker.

As a self-starter with excellent communication, report-writing, and time-management skills, I excel in collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals. My approachable nature and comprehensive experience in local authority roles, particularly within the Assessment and Care Management team, enable me to meet the needs of service users aged 65+ and their families effectively.

In my role as a Senior Support Worker, I have provided one-to-one support to individuals with Autism. I am adept at liaising with Discharge Coordinators, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects each situation's realities. My expertise includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and families.

I have significant experience conducting assessments in hospitals and individual homes for those with complex health and social needs. Additionally, I am proficient in investigating service quality issues and leveraging these insights to enhance working relationships with service users, families, and staff.
