We found Felt Care very responsive to our needs at a very demanding time for our family. Our mum built a strong relationship with the carers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking help at home. They were always courteous and respectful, trustworthy and supportive.

We really appreciated the fact that there were generally 2/3 carers that attended to my dad. The previous care company we used often sent one or two different carers every day of the week. At Felt Care they really got to know my dad and what he did and didn't like and this really helped his continuity of care. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home care provider service

I cannot recommend this home care provider more highly. It is an expertly run concern. Every carer is first class and genuinely caring. Each of them was genuinely caring, brimming with good humour and always able to show creativity and initiative in every task which they undertook.

Highly skilled and compassionate carers who go out of their way for every client. I have found every one of them to be very caring and discreet as needed. The management are exceptional and so easy to get in touch with when needed, even checking in if not had contact for a while, which I find so special. I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent service from all the team at Felt Care, very friendly caring staff very flexible at short notice 5* very punctual and polite no issues whatsoever even when the weather took a turn for the worse they still managed to get through.
