Overall Experience

FeltCare have been providing assistance for my mother-in-law for nearly two years. We have been most impressed and satisfied with the care, professionalism and more especially the empathy shown by FeltCare's team over that period. My mother-in-law had complete confidence in her interactions and valued the depth of understanding shown in meeting her needs.

On the basis of our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely outstanding service always on time we had the same 3 carers all the time so mum got used to them always punctual went above and beyond to care for mum nothing too much trouble went to see her when she was in hospital even came to the funeral when mum sadly passed away cannot rate this company enough

Overall Experience

Feltcare may only be small, but they are big enough to care. With having a small team, means mum had the same carers daily and became recognisable faces for her to remember with having dementia.
They were able to stick to the times we needed and in the year or so they cared for mum didn't let us down. With advance notice they even took on additional care times for mum allowing us to have time for ourselves.

So would definitely recommend using this team.

We found Felt Care very responsive to our needs at a very demanding time for our family. Our mum built a strong relationship with the carers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking help at home. They were always courteous and respectful, trustworthy and supportive.

Overall Experience

We were really pleased with Felt Care and the standard of personal care my dad received over a nearly 2 year period they cared for him. The management always updated us with anything we needed to know or changes they felt were needed to care for dad more effectively. They were really easy to communicate with and always got back to us quickly with any queries we had.
The carers themselves were always courteous and respectful to my dad and really genuinely cared for him.

We really appreciated the fact that there were generally 2/3 carers that attended to my dad. The previous care company we used often sent one or two different carers every day of the week. At Felt Care they really got to know my dad and what he did and didn't like and this really helped his continuity of care. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home care provider service

I cannot recommend this home care provider more highly. It is an expertly run concern. Every carer is first class and genuinely caring. Each of them was genuinely caring, brimming with good humour and always able to show creativity and initiative in every task which they undertook.

Overall Experience

We were impressed with Felt Care from the outset. The care was arranged at short notice and the manager made several personal visits to ensure relationships and communications were forged. When mum suffered a stroke overnight it was a carer who found her in the morning and alerted emergency services and ourselves. The carer showed quick thinking and compassion. Eventually mum needed 24 hour care which meant her sharing her home with carers, which may not always be easy for some clients. It proved to be a successful very quickly and especially when mum was allocated the same carers for continuity. Being local I called in regularly and always found the carers to be friendly, caring and efficient. There was never a question of someone "not turning up"or being on time even over Christmas.

Any queries or concerns we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending Felt Care to others and thank them sincerely

Overall Experience

Highly skilled and compassionate carers who go out of their way for every client. I have found every one of them to be very caring and discreet as needed. The management are exceptional and so easy to get in touch with when needed, even checking in if not had contact for a while, which I find so special. I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent service from all the team at Felt Care, very friendly caring staff very flexible at short notice 5* very punctual and polite no issues whatsoever even when the weather took a turn for the worse they still managed to get through.
