I am really happy with the carers I have, that come to help me - they have been professional and make me feel at ease. It is good that we share our faith together. It is obvious that they enjoy their work as always cheerful.
They showed compassion and care to my 93y old mother and nothing was too much trouble. Mum was always asking when the "girls" were arriving as she looked forward to seeing them.
Mum has now gone into full time care but due to the carers, that Altair provided, it meant that Mum was able to stay in her own home for another 2 years. For this we thank the carers and company.
Would recommend this company 100%. Thank you Altair.

The team are caring and compassionate towards my mum, even when challenging due to Mum's communication difficulties. They are polite and professional in my home, aware that myself and children live here also.

Every care worker has been caring, kind and efficient. At every visit, they have been a companion to me whilst working, always laughing and smiling when conversing. They are all gentle when washing and cleaning me. They offer to do cleaning and washing up when required. They are a pleasure to know. Always on time and courteous.

I had the same two female carers for nearly six months. They are both caring and know how I like things done. I know that they will come in and do what I need doing without fuss or me having to tell them what I need. I enjoy finding out about them and their lives.

The care from the caring team has been excellent. Having a regular team which my wife has got to know is very important and that has been the case for the last 2 months. The visiting times have been consistent now that a regular pattern has been established.
