Liv Healthy Care have cared for mum since August 2025, as her needs have increased so has the level and frequency of care. Nothing has been too much trouble. Mum enjoys her care visits and views the carers and management as family. They approach her with kindness, compassion and respect. She loves...
Liv Healthy Care have cared for mum since August 2025, as her needs have increased so has the level and frequency of care. Nothing has been too much trouble. Mum enjoys her care visits and views the carers and management as family. They approach her with kindness, compassion and respect. She loves having her breakfast and dinners made! As well as the practical side, the carers offer emotional support to Mum whether that is an opportunity to reminisce about the good old days, look through photographs or watching part of a gardening programme together. I am regularly kept up to date by the agency which is important. Communication with the carers/managers is easy and very much welcomed. From my own perspective, their input has enabled me to have more freedom knowing that Mum is seen regularly and is well cared for. I cannot recommend them enough.

When my father moved in from his sheltered accommodation, I was concerned how he would get on and how I would manage looking after him at 100 years old. I investigated various care companies and was pleased to select Livhealthy Care to help and assist me. It's a decision which I never regretted making. I cannot express how completely happy I was with the service and care workers that helped me and dad. The care and love that was shown by them throughout the six months dad lived with me was exemplary. Dad was completely relaxed with the care that he received and look forward to each visit. After dad passed the care and consideration still carried on and I can honestly say that the primary care worker will remain a true friend of my family.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can't recommend Liv Healthy enough, my mum who had rejected loads of carers loves them like a family.
The carers are not just compassionate, caring and experienced in what they do but they take the time out to understand my mum's needs not just on a personal care basis but around the home....
