I can't praise the girls at Valley Care enough for what they did for my mum. I can say how professional and hard working they were and nothing was ever too much trouble etc, etc and they 100% were but most importantly they gave my mum nothing but loving care, friendship and lots of laughter. My mums face used to light up as soon as she saw them. Also I can't thank them enough for what they did for me too. I spent more or less 24/7 with my mum and I was very protective and particular over her care and to be honest it consumed my ever thought, I was exhausted but the girls took some of that pressure of me, and like mum they gave me friendship, laughter and a listening ear on dark days. Their care didn't stop after my mum passed. They came to her funeral and continued to keep in touch asking how we were and we have since formed a really close friendship with them. Thank you so much for everything my mum thought the world of you as do I and you will always be part of our family x
We are so honoured and privileged to have been part of mum's care, she touched everyone and she is missed. we cannot disagree the comments made about her girls they truly are an amazing team :)
The service provider and carers work to a high standard, their care, communication and compasion are much appreciated. My aunt who has alzheimer's can be challenging at times but the carers involved in her care are both patient and understanding of her needs. She looks forward to her calls and seems very content with her care. We as a family can rest assured she is being well looked after by a great company and care staff.

This company is brilliant with me, never any problems at all. If staff are running late the office always ring us to let us aware. I cannot recommend this company enough, the girls and me always have a laugh. I don't have a bad word to say, thank you girls for making my experience wonderful.

All the staff are so friendly kind and caring
They look after my our dad an make him smile and laugh each and every day, the staff know our dad so well, they know all his likes dislikes, they always go above and beond. They are always going the extra mile.
When we have a issue staff are happy to help an if needs to be taken up with office staff they go out of their way to help.

Colleen has over 20 years experience in a variety of managerial roles within the domiciliary care sector, and is now the registered manager here at Valley Care Direct Barnsley and Rotherham.
Developing her skills and knowledge in a way that supported positive change.
Toni commenced her career following a placement she had taken whilst at college, what should have been a four weeks placement resulted in a 7 year employment at the place of placement and now has contributed to over 25 years of service within the industry, ranging roles from care and support worker, lead care coordinator, and registered branch manager, in a number of different settings across the sector.
