All the carers and management have treated mum and the family with friendliness and empathy as it's been hard to admit we needed the extra help and still feel we should be doing more. They are all professional and care for mum well treating her with kindness and maintaining her dignity Nothing is too much trouble for them. They also respect us and our home

My husband started having this company a week ago all the carers and management go above and beyond . He used to panic but he is so relaxed and so is the family . Would highly recommend and Thankyou to you all , ypu all are amazing always going above and beyond xx

I can't praise the girls at Valley Care enough for what they did for my mum. I can say how professional and hard working they were and nothing was ever too much trouble etc, etc and they 100% were but most importantly they gave my mum nothing but loving care, friendship and lots of laughter. My mums face used to light up as soon as she saw them. Also I can't thank them enough for what they did for me too. I spent more or less 24/7 with my mum and I was very protective and particular over her care and to be honest it consumed my ever thought, I was exhausted but the girls took some of that pressure of me, and like mum they gave me friendship, laughter and a listening ear on dark days. Their care didn't stop after my mum passed. They came to her funeral and continued to keep in touch asking how we were and we have since formed a really close friendship with them. Thank you so much for everything my mum thought the world of you as do I and you will always be part of our family x

The service provider and carers work to a high standard, their care, communication and compasion are much appreciated. My aunt who has alzheimer's can be challenging at times but the carers involved in her care are both patient and understanding of her needs. She looks forward to her calls and seems very content with her care. We as a family can rest assured she is being well looked after by a great company and care staff.

I really enjoy the care I receive from my carers. They keep me company, never fail to make me laugh and make my days much more enjoyable.

This company is brilliant with me, never any problems at all. If staff are running late the office always ring us to let us aware. I cannot recommend this company enough, the girls and me always have a laugh. I don't have a bad word to say, thank you girls for making my experience wonderful.
