The manager has improved the quality of medical care my father is getting as she knows how to navigate the system. She stays close to her carers and my dad too, as well as to us. She has invested in our main carer by paying for her to attend courses that help her support my dad with his dementia. Our main carer is brilliant - really kind and supportive.
I can't imagine where we would be without her. My dad doesn't want to go into a home and without their support I don't think we could manage. We are quite simply, extremely fortunate that a friend recommended SRP to us based on her on experience of their care for her mother.
