Mum had advancing dementia and had lots of needs requirements which were met satisfactory , we had some communication issues but worked a joint plan to resolve, we worked together to understand and implement risk measures

As we both acknowledged, your mums dementia had progressed much further than initially thought at the time of her diagnosis.We know how difficult it can be for families to come to terms with the impact dementia has on a loved ones abilities and daily life. Im very proud of the teams efforts in responding to her complex needs working with the council for timely reviews and putting measures in place to help keep her safe at home.Your collaboration with the team, even through the challenges of changing contacts, was invaluable and helped us provide the best care possible. We fully supported the move to a care home, given her condition, and are so pleased to hear she has now settled in well

The whole team were sympathetic, caring and understanding from even before the care began. Cleaning mum' home and sharing videos with us. The team kept us informed and were easy to contact without ever feeling like we were being a nuisance. We were even able to share pictures and details of our visits
too. It made me feel like I wasn't alone and there was other support and understanding there for us as well as mum.
Everyone went above and beyond to make myself and mum feel in safe hands and fully supported.
I'm sad that protocol meant the team cannot continue their support for her at this stage.
I would highly recommend the manager and the entire team.

The Reach out 24 team were amazing with my lovely husband. Their patience was unlimited, and the did have some challenging days witth him! My mind was totally put as ease, when I left him with our lovely carer on Thursdays to go to work.
He was cared for and very safe with her.

Excellent service from initial enquiry.
Home visit prior to service commencing was thorough and comprehensive.
Carers were kind, empathetic and caring towards my mum.
Used as a bridging service but will definitely return should we need too and definitely recommend to anyone looking for care either
for themselves, friend or relative.

I have to say the service provided to my Father is & always has been excellent, overall the careers are very polite & engaging with my dad who I'm sure can be a bit trying at times but I know he is very happy with the arrangements you have put in place for him.

My husband is treated with dignity and care. The care is led by him and includes personal care which he needs to ensure he stays well and comfortable. He is happy and feels settled with his main carer.

Overall very reliable support. Special mention able to provide help at very short notice. The staff is all pleasant and friendly. The staff is able to make the client feel comfortable and confident. Good management from the top.

She was shown such empathy and understanding at all times.

My daily visits have helped me to regain my confidence after my hip replacement operation. Both carers have shown me such kindness, support and encouragement that, after only six weeks I am able to walk without the aid of either crutches or sticks. Initially, I had twice daily visits because I needed
injections every evening and I could not face giving them to myself but with such uplifting support, energy and patience I soon found that I was able to deal with whatever was required of me, Now I am confident in showering daily, dressing and even completing light housework. I cannot thank this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of help.

I have found my visits twice a week to be both uplifting in building my mental and physical confidence and I am so impressed by her energy and non-judgemental approach to supporting me. It is difficult to put into words how much safer she has enabled me to feel and that life can be fun despite its challenges!
Her
adaptability to assist me with showering to taking on basic domestic tasks is exemplary. As is her real interest in me as a person.
I will always recommend this caring and highly professional company to anyone in need.
