Very pleased with care , kindness and support given to my mother over the last 8 months Carers arrive on time and complete everything required . They also do any additional household tasks , as time allows .

The whole experience from initial visit through to the daily care for my mother has been a seemless professional and exceedingly friendly experience providing everything that my mother requires and the flexibility to adapt to any changes and requirements we may have..all the staff the carers and office staff have been so courteous and helpful that I couldn't recommend the whole company enough for what they are doing and look forward to continuing our ongoing relationship.

The care and support that Mastercare provided for my father as he approached end of life and then subsequently passed away was exemplary. The agency was kind, dedicated, responsive, flexible, adaptable and was always respectful of his needs and wants. They went over and above Providing help for things like picking up prescriptions, calling GP if Dad deteriorated, putting the bin out and tending to his every need. As a private and dignified man, my father found it hard to accept care and support but their way of always maintaining dignity and privacy during Their care was superb. Their app was detailed and comprehensive which provided peace of mind for relatives far away. An excellent organisation. We could not have had better day and night care - it was incredible. I think these carers are really good. We've had good service from all of them! They come fairly promptly at the times agreed, they have also been very accommodating for our requirements, including some early morning times!

Master Care provide fast-track care to my mother who was discharged from the hospital on 26/04 with cancer which was palliative. They provided care four times a day until she died. The carers were professional, kind, caring and polite. Gentle, considerate and were a great support to her and the family. The manager was also very supportive and helpful. Available and informative. My mother developed a wonderful relationship with her carers and was looked after perfectly. Thank you.

I am very happy with the care which is being provided for my stepfather. It has taken so much worry off my shoulders, knowing that he is in good hands. My stepfather has also got a really good relationship with his carer, and I can tell that he likes and trusts him.

I am very pleased with the service. The carer is very friendly and treats my nephew with care, he spends time talking as he is doing his job. He is always on time and asks if he needs anything before he goes. I would highly recommend.

I first approached Master Care when my wife came out of hospital and was unable to give me the help I needed with showering, dressing etc. following a stoke. What began as a temporary arrangement for one hour each morning has been so good that we would now find it difficult to manage without the carer. He is always punctual and efficient. He always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The manager has been really helpful whenever we have had a query. We recommend this very genuine company.
