We highly recommend MasterCare and their staff, they are very helpful, caring individuals, we wouldn't change them for the world!!!
We wouldn't know how we would manage without them.
We have had other care providers before but none so good as MasterCare!!!!
They have become almost like family.

I think these carers are really good. We've had good service from all of them! They come fairly promptly at the times agreed, they have also been very accommodating for our requirements, including some early morning times!

A friendly and thorough service, caring with concern and dignity. The carer always arrives with a smile, no matter how early in the morning and nothing is too much trouble. The carer is a pleasure to have as a carer.

Excellent care, so kind and attentive, so happy for you to be looking after my mum. I feel like have such good support and it has taken a weight off my mind. My mum is also comfortable with the carers which makes us both happy, I cannot recommend them enough.

Our carer was exemplary. She worked to a very high standard in every respect. The kindness, care, compassion and support she showed for our entire family was priceless. She went above and beyond our expectations. We could not have managed this devastating time without her.

Master Care provide fast-track care to my mother who was discharged from the hospital on 26/04 with cancer which was palliative. They provided care four times a day until she died. The carers were professional, kind, caring and polite. Gentle, considerate and were a great support to her and the family.
The manager was also very supportive and helpful. Available and informative. My mother developed a wonderful relationship with her carers and was looked after perfectly. Thank you.

I am very happy with the care which is being provided for my stepfather. It has taken so much worry off my shoulders, knowing that he is in good hands. My stepfather has also got a really good relationship with his carer, and I can tell that he likes and trusts him.

I am very pleased with the service. The carer is very friendly and treats my nephew with care, he spends time talking as he is doing his job. He is always on time and asks if he needs anything before he goes. I would highly recommend.

I first approached Master Care when my wife came out of hospital and was unable to give me the help I needed with showering, dressing etc. following a stoke. What began as a temporary arrangement for one hour each morning has been so good that we would now find it difficult to manage without the carer.
He is always punctual and efficient. He always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The manager has been really helpful whenever we have had a query. We recommend this very genuine company.
