I am very happy with my care. Staff and management have been helpful in every way.

Curant Care has been providing my uncle with his personal care in his home. They have been amazing and have gone the extra mile. What I like about them is that they take their time and make him feel very comfortable. It doesn't feel rushed. They attend 3 times a day and always make sure they spend all their time seeing to him and offering to do more. All the staff have shown compassion and you can see they all care and want to do a good and thorough job.

All the carers are friendly, professional and kind. They are not just for physical health but also my mental health. I give Curant Care 10 out of 10 for the support and dignity and respect I get from everyone at the company. Thank you Curant.

Have used Curant Care for nearly 3 years. Had a new manager about 14 months ago, made further improvements. Staff on time, advised if problems due to traffic. Carers very good.

I find the serivce very good.

We seem to be having a few issues with call times remaining constant, I understand sometimes beyond your control. With some of the younger staff members, I feel sometimes they don't understand what is being said to them, which can make the shift difficult for other carers and myself as we have to repeat ourselves. Some of the finer small points of my call could be improved as my partner is worried about not always being here to fine tune.

Curant Care was able to accommodate my mum really quickly and efficiently when she came out of hospital and needed urgent care. Communication is good between the company and the user and the carers are very willing, friendly and helpful. I am particularly grateful for the medical needs that have been spotted and acted upon for my mum e.g. a leg infection, where Curant Care notified the district nurse team quickly.

I have been so pleased with the care and understanding that all staff have shown my wife. Being a full-time carer it has been such a relief to find someone else to share the load with. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Curant Care to anyone needing a helping hand.

I want to commend the superb service that I have received from Curant Care Bexhill. The team of carers who come to help me are brilliant and have taken away the stress of getting up in the morning and getting myself ready.

Although this might sound insignificant in duties alone; this visit gives me a precious uninterrupted half hour to prepare other things necessary to help the day to go smoothly. All the Current Care staff without exception are professional, kind, and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Curant Care have been providing carers for my wife for some while now. I have found them efficient, reliable, sympathetic to her needs and cheerful. My wife has multiple physical and cognitive problems and I would recommend Curant Care without hesitation.

You can tell Curant Care is made up properly. The people who come to me all feed off each other and the way they behave, and it’s great. All the staff are terrific sales people for Curant Care, they take massive pride in the company and it shows. I describe this company as a company for the future, I think you will go on to get large.

We have only been having the carers from Curant Care since November 2023 and compared to my mum's previous ‘carers’ this team are absolutely wonderful. They started looking after my mum at probably her most frail time, after she’d started new medication, and we know it’s not been easy as it’s been very traumatic and stressful for us, but these lovely ladies have been a massive support and have really been so understanding, especially as my lovely mum can be quite awkward! They have always gone above and beyond with everything that Mum has needed and the managers have always kept us updated with anything we need to know. My mum is no longer on the horrible medication that stripped her of so much for about 6-7 weeks and is almost back to her old self and I think she is really taking to having assistance at home now. I cannot thank these ladies enough, they are so special and actually do care for my mum and I’m sure all their clients too. Thank you ladies, you are amazing.

Generally very satisfied, I appreciate having the same carer visit me most of the time. Occasionally a different carer visits from the one scheduled, usually I'm advised of this in advance but sometimes not, however, this isn't really a problem.

This was a journey none of the family had been on previously and without their experience and support the choice of Aunty ending her days in her beautiful home would not have not been possible. Thank you team for your love and kindness.
