it hasn't been a problem limiting the staff members mum has visiting to keep consistency for her. If we have had a new carer stepping in, I have been informed by the office to check if that is ok, then we arrange for the visit when I am home the first time, then mum will recognise them when they come in to visit when I am not able to be there.
I would highly recommend Curant Care to anyone who wants peace of mind of their loved one being looked after well.

Each carer works hard during the time allocated and it is reassuring to have the opportunity for consistency of carers working with me, as well as a chance to chat, sometimes giggle, provide lovely breakfasts and evening meals, snacks and cups of tea!
They seem to know when to challenge me, intervene and make suggestions to help with my recovery of damage following falls and ensure I am comfortable and happy before they leave.
The administration staff are always ready to help and make regular contact with me to see how things are going, keep me informed of changes and answer questions.

Sometimes, their confusion can cause problems, but the relaxed and cheery nature of the carers seems to work for us well.

As a family we also felt so supported by the team especially in the last few days when grandad didn't need any care, the carers would come in and check on us and offer to make us drinks or sit with grandad so we could take a quick break. They were so kind to him and us and always did everything we asked of them. When we had our initial meeting to start the care they even asked about grandads personality and interests to ensure they had carers assigned to him that would suit him and they really did.
We would highly recommend Curant Care to anyone needing support. We always felt like they really cared about my Grandad.
