We would highly recommend Curant Care to anyone needing support. We always felt like they really cared about my Grandad.

Excellent service, my two adult sons and I are looked after by a wonderful team, always caring, and helpful and make us feel safe and loved. Willing to do dates at the last minute to make sure we have a great day out and can attend our volunteer roles with one of their 1-to-1 care staff, would never go anywhere else.

I'm pleased to say that, although there were a few early hiccups, the manager actioned these concerns promptly, with care and understanding. I was impressed with this attitude to get it right. Mum preferred regular carers which were arranged wherever possible. One carer in particular went out of their way with little extra surprises to make Mum as happy and comfortable as possible. All of the team had time to talk to Mum about her life stories, which she enjoyed. Although I didn't get to meet all of the team, those that I did, were always polite, caring and respectful. As a Care Co, the team have gone above and beyond, constantly having to chase up doctors and DNs, (as mum's hearing wasn't great) and even, picking up an additional urgent prescription before delivery was due when I was unable to. Well done Curant Care, Ashford.

My Mum has been with Curant Care for two years and her dementia has declined significantly this year, thanks to the support and care of the team and the manager we have managed to keep Mum in her home. I think all agencies need to be aware of the different types of dementia, especially new carers starting if they are attending to a dementia patient. I would recommend this agency.

I have been with Currant Care Ashford since last August, after suffering a stroke back in March 2022 after many weeks in the hospital then had local county council care, this come to a stop and was moved to Currant Care. I was very anxious as the previous team were very caring, but I needn't have been as everyone was and still continues to be kind caring and knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much trouble, respectful of me and my home and all done with a smile and laughter.

The family were fortunate to find Curant Care, whose team were outstanding in their professionalism in the care provided to a much-loved elderly relative. The carers demonstrated high levels of respect, dedication, and sincerity. Always punctual and polite. The office team were prompt in answering when contacted, demonstrating a high level of knowledge in providing advice, reassurance and assistance when required. A very well-trained and organised team of wonderful people who really do care.

My mother has carers from Curant Care who are all lovely. One member of staff, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. I can't thank them enough for all the time and energy you put into my mum. You are so genuine and supportive towards the unique situation. My mother's needs are diverse and complex but despite any difficulties from this. The staff are always willing to pursue the healthiest and best outcome for Mum. I am very grateful for everything you do. The one member of staff in particular has acted above and beyond with supporting Mum. She is not shy to do what is needed and is enthusiastic and present in the situation. I have complete trust and faith in them. Thank you doesn't seem to be strong enough. It really eases my mind to know that Mum is being looked after in the best way possible. I hope that this particular member of staff is recognised within the company for her efforts as I believe that this is likely a representation of her character. We are grateful. All the best.

If you have to cancel, no problem. Just call up or leave a message and they will cancel. If you need to change a day, again no problem. They are very flexible. Always kind and polite.
