Curant Care have been looking after my father for over a year up until him going into hospital.
The daily care (4 times a day) has been excellent with the carers meeting all my fathers needs.
The management are always available and always very helpful.
Nothing is ever a problem to staff and management.

Curant Care came in and helped us care for my grandad when his health deteriorated. Having been caring for him as a family for so long, us and him, were apprehensive at first but we soon realised we had no need to be. Within days, grandad was relaxed and happy with his carers. In the very few instances
there were hiccups, these were rectified so quickly. As a family we also felt so supported by the team especially in the last few days when grandad didn't need any care, the carers would come in and check on us and offer to make us drinks or sit with grandad so we could take a quick break. They were so kind to him and us and always did everything we asked of them. When we had our initial meeting to start the care they even asked about grandads personality and interests to ensure they had carers assigned to him that would suit him and they really did.
We would highly recommend Curant Care to anyone needing support. We always felt like they really cared about my Grandad.

Excellent service, my two adult sons and I are looked after by a wonderful team, always caring, and helpful and make us feel safe and loved. Willing to do dates at the last minute to make sure we have a great day out and can attend our volunteer roles with one of their 1-to-1 care staff, would never

I'm pleased to say that, although there were a few early hiccups, the manager actioned these concerns promptly, with care and understanding. I was impressed with this attitude to get it right. Mum preferred regular carers which were arranged wherever possible. One carer in particular went out of their
way with little extra surprises to make Mum as happy and comfortable as possible. All of the team had time to talk to Mum about her life stories, which she enjoyed. Although I didn't get to meet all of the team, those that I did, were always polite, caring and respectful. As a Care Co, the team have gone above and beyond, constantly having to chase up doctors and DNs, (as mum's hearing wasn't great) and even, picking up an additional urgent prescription before delivery was due when I was unable to. Well done Curant Care, Ashford.

My Mum has been with Curant Care for two years and her dementia has declined significantly this year, thanks to the support and care of the team and the manager we have managed to keep Mum in her home. I think all agencies need to be aware of the different types of dementia, especially new carers starting
if they are attending to a dementia patient. I would recommend this agency.

Amazing service from the carer.
My mum was recently discharged from a local hospice. A care package was put in place and obviously, we were apprehensive about this.
I can’t fault the care she has received from the carer. This woman goes over and above, she is amazing.
Shout out to another carer
too, so friendly and always so helpful.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

We needed care for our elderly mother, and sourcing a care company is an area unfamiliar to us. Stepping into the world of passing responsibility to another to ensure a loved one is sympathetically looked after is a big step of trust. In meeting the manager at Curant Care, she offered an understanding
that gave us both comfort and confidence. She gave us clear reassurance that we would receive the highest level of care and that our mother would be looked after in a dignified and compassionate way. The manager's experience and genuine empathetic understanding gave us the reassurance that we needed to collectively make the right decisions for our mother's care. Curant Care has been outstanding in their service; they have provided us with a level of support that has gone beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this company; thank you.

I started with 1.5 hours of Curant Care last year, and the company and girls were absolutely kind, considerate and professional in all that they do. Since February 2023, when I returned home from an extended stay in the hospital, they now come in for 2 hours a day, and I'd not manage to live independently
without their care, support and encouragement.

I have been with Currant Care Ashford since last August, after suffering a stroke back in March 2022 after many weeks in the hospital then had local county council care, this come to a stop and was moved to Currant Care. I was very anxious as the previous team were very caring, but I needn't have been
as everyone was and still continues to be kind caring and knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much trouble, respectful of me and my home and all done with a smile and laughter.

The family were fortunate to find Curant Care, whose team were outstanding in their professionalism in the care provided to a much-loved elderly relative. Since receiving care from Curant Care from September 2022, it’s changed my life. I hadn’t left the house in around four years, since having the carers come around I’ve been out multiple times and my confidence is slowly growing. One carer, in particular, goes above and beyond for me, she encourages
me to eat proper meals, which I struggle with, and leave the house as much as possible, there’s never any judgment when I’m having a bad day. The same carer has helped me manage my anxiety when leaving the house by suggesting fidget toys, this has really helped me in my day-to-day life as well as getting out of the house and being in places I wouldn’t have gone to before.
The office staff are very helpful and very understanding of my complex needs.

Our daughter has been receiving care since September 2022 and this has made a huge difference to her life. The carers we’ve met that our daughter has have been very friendly and caring towards her. One carer in particular has been amazing with our daughter.

I have mobility issues and the care I receive from the staff is more than I expected. They are a joy to have in my home and do more for me than just the tasks agreed upon.

My mother has carers from Curant Care who are all lovely. One member of staff, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. I can't thank them enough for all the time and energy you put into my mum. You are so genuine and supportive towards the unique situation. My mother's needs are diverse and complex
but despite any difficulties from this. The staff are always willing to pursue the healthiest and best outcome for Mum. I am very grateful for everything you do. The one member of staff in particular has acted above and beyond with supporting Mum. She is not shy to do what is needed and is enthusiastic and present in the situation. I have complete trust and faith in them. Thank you doesn't seem to be strong enough. It really eases my mind to know that Mum is being looked after in the best way possible. I hope that this particular member of staff is recognised within the company for her efforts as I believe that this is likely a representation of her character. We are grateful. All the best.

Very happy with the support and help I receive from Curant Care. The initial assessment of needs are listened to and discussed. When this is done the care begins imminently. I have every confidence in the lovely carers that come to me. Very grateful.
If you have to cancel, no problem. Just call up
or leave a message and they will cancel. If you need to change a day, again no problem. They are very flexible. Always kind and polite.
