The manager and another member of staff were assigned to look after our mother, 4 visits per day. Whilst the ladies did their best for her they found her needs were more than expected with the amount of pain she was in when moved. Mum deteriorated quickly but they had our mother’s best interest and agreed the district nurses needed to up her pain relief in order for them to ensure she did not suffer when moved. The ladies were always on time and spoke kindly to Mum who was mostly semi-conscious letting her know what they were doing for her.

We were grateful to have such caring ladies look after our mum. Exceptional quality of care at a very sad time. We sadly lost mum a week after she came out of hospital.
