Your comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with our team, as we continuously strive to deliver high-quality, person-centred services to all those in our care.
We have used Acadia for some time. From the very start they have been amazing. Our mother has dementia and can be quite difficult, but all the staff are respectful and lovely with her best interest at heart. Two members of staff are extremely responsive to any changes in our request for my mum ; from varying times; doing light cleaning ; doing her food shop etc. I cannot praise Acadia enough and this gives us ama ing peace of mind that my mum is ok. We have used a few companies before and my mum really didn't like them and we found them to u helpful and regimented. If you are looking for a care provider - look no further contact Acadia Support Services. Thanks to both and all the team
Thank you so much, for your beautiful words. We're truly touched to know we were able to make a positive difference for your mum and your family. Supporting people living with dementia with kindness, respect, and flexibility is exactly what we do, and your feedback means so much to our whole team...
Acadia carry out the agreed services in a friendly and professional manner. There may be teething issues when new members of the team are introduced but these are quickly addressed and resolved. Staff are always polite and friendly to both the client and other family members and carry out their duties efficiently and effectively.
We are delighted to hear that you are pleased with our service. We are always striving to provide quality service for all of our service users.
My partner has been very happy with the care provided by his substitute carer whilst his usual carer has been on holiday. He is also very happy with his usual care, but was bowled over by the enthusiasm, time, care and attention to his job that the substitute carer took during his visits. He was overflowing with compliments about his present carer, in particular the pride he took in his role and the level of effort he made to make my partner's home as lovely as possible for him. My partner has early onset Alzheimer's disease and always took great pride in his home prior to his illness. His home was his castle. Sadly he is unable to keep his focus to maintain his home as well he once did, so the level of support and care from his present carer has been very well received indeed. Thank you.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with our services at Acadia Support. We will also continue to provide yourselves with a quality service.
Care and Operations Manager.
Care for my mother-in-law is great, we have adjusted the carer timing around her dialysis with meetings with the care manager's personal visits on regular occasions. Her regular carer always rings to advise if she needs any provisions and medication. We feel she is safe with the carers.
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased that you are happy with the quality of our service that we are currently and continue to provide.
