I get on with my carers very well.

Caring, helpful, friendly and consistent staff. A very reliable service, punctual with visits, compassionate, supportive and understanding staff, especially during difficult times for my mother, including emergencies. Management are extremly helpful, reliable, approachable, dealing with any queries efficiently and promptly. I am very happy with the service Merci Grace provides for my mother, ensuring her needs are always met.

The carers are the best I have experienced. They are kind, gentle and happy.

We are very happy with the service provided. The new arrangement of the teams seems to be working well and any delays are preceded by a phone. The new team seems to have settled in well. All the carers are prompt polite and caring.

The management are always happy to accommodate additional requests too.

I'm really pleased with this career group. Uzra has been incredibly helpful throughout and always takes the time to offer useful advice and support. The sessions have been valuable, and I've gained a lot of confidence and insight from being part of the group.

Mercie Grace have looked after my mum for the last 4 years. She had 2 carers 4 x a day. They all went above and beyond the call of duty. I recently went on holiday and I rang my mum to let her know I had arrived safely. The carers were waiting for the paramedics as mum wasn't too well. One of the carers Ibbi stayed with mum until the ambulance arrived. Mum was very poorly and by Tuesday she had contracted c-dif and then caught sepsis and sadly passed away last Thursday. One of the carers, Talent was a godsend and mum would chat to her if there were problems. She always sorted things out and got mum a wheelchair to take her out in. Mum enjoyed her trips out as she was immobile so it was good for her to get some fresh air. I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the carers for their care and support of mum. They were all marvellous but Talent deserves a gold star and in Mums words " lots of brownie points."

Over all very happy, the carers are very good with my mother, I wasn't sure at first because this is the first time we've used carers and it's very difficult to get used to strangers coming into your house, especially when your away but so far so good!

My mother receives carers coming in three times each day having broken her hip and every one of them has been very friendly, she looks forward to their visits and she has a good rapport with them. There is nothing they wouldn't do for her and are really helpful and attentive. Also very reliable always coming at the times they say they will come. I would recommend this company to anyone needing very professional carers

It would help if they shortened the notes then I think they might need them next. Example - unlock the door. Wake patient. Wash him. Put cream on. Take him on a comode to living room. Put him in chair with aid of walker.

My carers are just lovely, I feel so lucky to have the team look after me! They are caring, kind, hard working, thoughtful, dedicated, helpful, friendly and have become part of the family. So grateful for all they do! Highly recommend this company.

I'm happy with my carers. There is a team of 5 lovely girls. They treat me with the greatest of respect and their care is second to none. So friendly, nothing is too much trouble. No hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Always happy to please and answer or complete any queries. Everything is left clean and tidy.

All of the carers are extremely hardworking, thorough, caring, polite and supportive at all times. I would not be able to manage without them.

Despite this being an incredibly sad and traumatic situation, the end-of-life care being provided for my mother is exceptional. There is continuity of care throughout, and every member of the team treats my mother with dignity, kindness and respect. The team leader has excellent communication skills, and her professionalism, compassion and warmth are reflected throughout the entire team. As the owner of a care company in the South of England, I can honestly say that the staff within this company are a true credit to the owner and the profession as a whole.

We have a pool of about 12 carers, some are excellent, some not quite so good. However, the general standard of care is good. The carers are, in general, patient, efficient, caring and punctual. A good, friendly relationship has been established with the carers and myself.

I can't put into words how happy I am with the carer's from Mercie Grace that are looking after my parents. There is a team of 5 dedicated, professional, kind, caring and very friendly carer's. I couldn't wish for better and, have total peace of mind my parents have the best care! Highly recommend this company.

The carers are doing a good job concidering the short time that they have known my mother. They are both polite and understanding. There does seem to be a bit of a problem when the doctor makes changes to mum's medication in so far as transferring that information to the carers.

My experience with Mercie Grace has been excellent. The service I have received has been second to none. All instructions and my Care plan are followed professionally and efficiently. The ladies have gone above and beyond in caring for me and my 2 young children. They are very pleasant, compassionate, and none judgemental. They make me and my children feel safe and at ease. It has been a pleasure to have them take care of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of care.

I am very happy with the care received to date, all staff seem freindly and offer to help Aram in any way possible. The only negative i have is that some staff will clean up for Aram, with some carers will just sit in the kitchen. I am however unsure in the staff procedures on site, so this may be normal. Aram mostly seems happy to recieve a visit and greets with a smile and fist pump.
