I am very happy with the care received to date, all staff seem freindly and offer to help Aram in any way possible. The only negative i have is that some staff will clean up for Aram, with some carers will just sit in the kitchen. I am however unsure in the staff procedures on site, so this may be normal. I want to give an overview of all the carers I have they are all polite and very helpful with all my needs. Nothing is ever too much for them. Mum has been receiving care from Mercie Grace for quite sometime. The regular carers have always been amazing. They are just lovely with mum and Mum can be quite difficult at times. If there has been a concern, it has been quickly acknowledged and addressed promptly. The concerns have been minor. Mum needs her food intake monitoring and the majority of the time this is done in real time as the reports of the cares mum has received are done after each visit. When mum has been in hospital and need cares restarting the people at head office are easily reachable and have proven reliable in getting mums cares up and running even with a few hours notice of discharge. If the carers are experiencing difficulties whilst on a call with mum, they will call me and inform me so that we can work through the problem together. Mum sees the same carers regularly and that really helps as they know her and she knows them.

I was told to be ready for 9am and the transport would have a wheelchair for me to use.
I was then taken to the busy waiting room. I knew during my wait I would need to access water and toilet facilities. It took me ages to get a member of staff to help me.
I was sat waiting to go home all afternoon. It was after 18.00 pm when I eventually got home.
I expected the carer would have been and left.
My day time medications had worn off and as my night medications made me sleep, I couldn't take them until I was in bed.
Deenaro saw the Transport arrive as she was leaving and she came back to help me she was awesome and she managed to keep me calm while she helped me. What an excellent carer. Absolutely marvelous. Deenaro got me straight into my bedroom saw to all my needs and she made sure I let my daughter know I was safe.
