As far as I'm concerned all the carers that help me are lovely, cheerful and helpful people. Obviously they can make mistakes but quite rarely. After all they are human! I do find, however that the "Office" has difficulty in organising visit times for me (do not know about other clients). I do
appreciate though that things can happen to delay visits and cause problems with visit times. I have asked that my three visits per day are as follows - Breakfast - arrive 8:30 to 9:15 - Lunch - arrive 12:30pm to 1:00pm and evening - arrive 7:00pm to 8:00pm

The number of carers was kept to minimum 3. Always on time and kind mannered, friendly and keen to help. Their communication to myself about any concerns or needs of my relative was excellent.
Respect was always paid to the property and contents.

The overall care has been good. Can't fault it.

Overall, the service is very good, and the carers are very good. Some small blips - odd staff do not wear protection on their shoes and some turn the taps off too tight - training issues! On the positive any problems with health are immediately reported and dealt with. As for value for money no
comparison so we cannot state. The management we do not have much to do with so again cannot rate.

Well what can I say, we've had mercy Grace carers to look after my sister Ann, she has Alzheimer's and they took over from another company that weren't great. The wonderful ladies from Mercie Grace have looked after Ann for a couple of years now and we wouldn't know what to do without them! To say
these carers are outstanding isn't enough, the peace of mind they give us as a family is so valuable, their care is second to none, their professionalism, kindness , attention to detail and work ethic through the whole company is amazing. They call in to Ann every day morning and evening, to administer medication and food every week, they provide a sitting service twice a week and also provide a cleaning service for her each week, they have made her home sparkle, not only with their cleaning but with their personalities, thes ladies work so hard and ALWAYS have a smile on their faces and brighten Ann's day with laughter and their care of her. Give these ladies a call they ar truly awesome

I have nothing but praise for my carers. They help me to have a better quality of life than my aged disability would allow. I am always treated with respect and excellent care.

Using this company is overall very good. Staff are lovely and do their utmost to make sure clients' needs are met, and also keep me, the daughter, informed of any changes at all times.

Friendly, helpful staff who always appear to do their best. When problems happen, I can always trust them to find solutions and go the extra mile. I would be happy to recommend Mercie Grace.

We are happy with the service provided by Mercie Grace for Susan's care. We appreciate the variety of carers, all of whom seem well trained, polite and genuinely caring. In spite of their heavy work load and long working hours, they never seem flustered or in a hurry to leave, but always carry out
their duties in a calm manner, and tidy up before leaving. Our only other comment is that we would appreciate a more regular start time which can vary by 2 hours or more on occasions. Thank you all.

Professional standard of care towards mummy .very good with her patient kind always friendly .like family ! Mummy loves them . Mummy been in hospital few times and not been an issue to start care again back at home. I have many appointments to go too and will change routine times so able to go
while mummy will be cared for . They do a good wash and mummy's hair brushed nails are clean . With dignity . They are very good with the hoist moving mummy onto a commode with ease. Back into bed . I find the team are bright and intelligent joyous to be around them . They observe mummy everyday and report any changes in her health mental and physical.overall experience we are both happy and satisfied with mercy grace care team.

My husband has had daily care over the last few months with Mercie Gracie carers who have been very caring and thoughtful even when things have been difficult. Lisa, Julie, Lydia and Pamela all make him smile with their humour and singing and are respectful to his needs. The rest of Lillian's team
all need to be praised as well, thank you all.

Care providers have been reliable and consistent. They are gentle and kind and thorough. Their manner is calm and caring. Mum has felt very safe and well cared for. The team leader has always been available when needed and more than willing to adapt or adjust to any needed changes.

I am extremely happy with the care my mother in law is receiving from Mercie Care
The girls are very polite and attentive my mother in laws face always lights up when they arrive. Our family trust the girls one hundred percent. They always contact me if they think my mother in law needs extra care
I.e medication doctor etc they are very vigilant.
The girls are very respectful and always willing to carry out any extra needs required.
I would like to congratulate the office team also for all they do.
I am and will always be grateful for the good no excellent care given to mum

Can't fault any of the care these have provided for my mother. They look after her with the upmost respect and my mum always looks forward to them coming to help with what she needs. They have become part of my mum's weekly routine and are fantastic in everything that they do. The careers are a
credit to the company and go above and beyond for my mother.

My elderly mother has had a number of care providers of the last twelve months, but the team from Mercie Grace are head and shoulders above the rest! They have, since April 2025 shown my Mum the highest levels of care! I highly recommend them, they are out of this world!

My mum has dementia and can be very difficult most of the time but the patience and care the carer's show her is wonderful. I have had lots of communication with Thelma and she is like my guardian angel, she goes above and beyond! Thank you to all the staff that do an amazing job under very
difficult circumstances.

Please do not use these carers if your parent has Dementia, I do not believe they are trained in this area to look after and care for a loved one. Although there are a couple of ladies who did try the majority have no empathy. Luckily we are a caring loving family and managed to get the carers
changed after four weeks which was far too long. It makes me sad to think somebody with no one would have them looking after and so-called caring for them.
