Forget Me Not Care Providers

Forget Me Not visit my mum & dad Monday to Friday to provide them with their lunches. The staff are fantastic with my parents and its reassuring for me to know that they are getting a meal during the day whilst I'm at work and that someone is visiting them to check that everything is OK.

I would recommend Forget Me Not to anyone who is needing help for someone.

We have been very fortunate to find a real gem in the caring world ..Mandy and her team go above and beyond to care for our beautiful mum . Nothing is ever too much trouble, they understand mum, respect her and understand that mum has both good and bad days and change the care required to meet mums needs . They will come out in between their allocated care times to ensure mum is cared for, comfortable and respected . Forget me not have become invaluable, the peace of mind for me knowing dad is being checked on, given a hot meal and being that reminder for him to drink and take his medication I cant put a price on. He has dementia so needs contact with people so the twice daily calls have done him the power of good and all the girls are really lovely and engaging.

Forgetmenot, great name, amazing manager and carers. I knew from the first meeting they were the right carers for my dad. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. These carers really do care. Having had a bad experience with dads last carers it's a massive relief having Mandy and her girls taking care of dad. It shows how much experience Mandy has. They are all natural carers. Thank you to you all.

Mandy and her team are just amazing local and hard working! Never let us down and would honestly recommend to anyone they care for my mum now but looked after her and my dad before he sadly passed in December!

Forget me not care are providing amazing care for my mum who has dementia. I feel blessed to have them supporting my mum especially as I do not live in England. I do not know what I would do without them. They are caring, reliable, honest and they make my mum smile. Priceless. They have been flexible during hospital admissions, stepped in when meds have not arrived and increased their support to help mum as it's been needed. Nothing is too much trouble. They are a small team delivering a high quality personable service. Thank you.

Forget me not has been truly amazing, nothing too much trouble ,very approachable and understanding.The Carers are fantastic,very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Mum started recieving care earlier this year ,us as a family were very apprehensive due to her recent diagnosis with Dementia thinking she wouldn't accept the carers in her own home but they were amazing with her and give support and reassurance to mum whenever needed.

What a skilled group of people led by an amazing manager mandy who gave my father in law the chance to live at home with dignity up until his passing and even then was a great help to us with her knowledge and advice a big thankyou to all the team from maxine & family

What a fantastic group of people led by an amazing manager who go above and beyond what we expected they have been caring for our 90 yr old dad for a while now he has many health problems inc stroke and tracheostomy if we have any problems the manager is always their to offer advice and guidance and help they have given our dad a new outlook on life hey even learnt to lipread as he has no voice at an amazing team thankyou again all the family.

Cannot praise Mandy and her team enough with the care they provide for our elderly friend. I can honestly say that she would be in a care home now if it wasn't for Mandy's input. They go above and beyond what we expected, especially when me and my wife go away on holiday. I have the utmost faith in her team and have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Both myself and my husband applaud Forget Me Not Care Providers for their consistency in helping us. They are the most pleasant and caring people you could wish for. Everyone is so nice and happy to do anything for you.

We needed to start carers for my Mum from January this year and after phoning several agencies we got a really good feeling about Forget-Me-Not agency. How lucky were we that they agreed to represent us. They are the most professional and caring team we could wish for. Their support to not only my Mum but the whole family has been amazing. When you're left a single woman after over twenty nine years of marriage, you do not realise the obstacles that life throws at you. The simple jobs of housework are achievable, but jobs outside the home can be very difficult when physical and mental mountains have to be climbed. This is where Forget Me Not Care Providers are priceless. They give help while out of the home, and this gives one comfort and security, which we never thought about before old age. They provide a service which we can compare with family, to have two families is so comforting. Long live Forget Me Not Care Providers.

After losing my wife of over 40 years I began to wonder what can I do now or what shall I do now. It took me a couple of years to decide and it was a lady friend who had lost her husband and was in the same boat as me, she sugested we go to the Forget me not care providers, which we did and it changed our live completely for the better. We used to go to Dances go on outings and anything else that was going. Sadly I lost my friend and now on my own again. What can I do?

The Forget Me Not team started caring for my grandparents in December especially my grandmother and have been fantastic with her and really help my grandfather. They are both very special and needed just the right people. All of which the manager understood. More recently, they have help us as a family beyond belief after granddad took a fall. The manager and her girls have offered so much advise, comfort and support to us in turbulent waters. We hope for many more years of support and love from the girls. Thanks for everything you do! You are all amazing.

I asked Forget Me Not Care to support my mum initially while I was away on holiday. My mum has Alzheimer's and has had complex Epilepsy all my life. I'm her only child and I have never had any help in looking after my mum. The manager came to meet us and instantly I felt relieved and confident her help would make a massive difference to both my mums life and mine. My mum really looks forward to her visit and I feel so reassured that Forget Me Not Care understand exactly what my mum needs. Her future seems brighter with them involved. Thank you so much.

The manager and her team give a first class service to my elderly, disabled dad. Not only are they professional in knowing what his needs are they also take the time to make him feel comfortable with their friendly, caring approach. They have looked after him since March 24 and don't know what we would do without them, and give peace of mind to us and my dad that he is well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble, and cannot speak highly enough of this great team of carers.

The care manager is an angel, so understanding, caring nature and nothing too much trouble goes above and beyond. She cares for my daughter and she feels safe and cared for. This gives me peace of mind, with living away.

What I can say about the manager and her team of carers - is absolutely outstanding. The care they offer my auntie who can be quite difficult sometimes. Always on time and nothing is too much trouble for them to do even fetch her things if she asks for anything I've forgotten to get like a loaf of bread or coffee even bought her some socks. My auntie is very well looked after by these ladies which is a break for me at weekends, after I look after her all week. When I ask for extra cover when I go on holiday they are always able to cover. Would definitely recommend the manager and colleagues to anyone and have done without hesitation.
