Lilibeth Cousins Ltd

We used the service of the satellite branch of Lillibeth Cousins in Poole. We have met a nurse who did the care assessment, and two carers plus had communications with a manager in Poole, and consistently we found them all to be warm people who really care about what they are doing. They have been efficient, reliable, affordable and excellent with communicating. We were told it would be impossible to find an agency who would provide consistent care with no more than 2 carers, but Lillibeth did exactly that, and took trouble to make sure they were providing what we had asked for. The carers have been lovely and really caring with my mother. I feel lucky to have had their name passed on to me, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all at LC
