I'm extremely impressed and happy with the excellent first class care that my wife is receiving from the staff at Prime Care, they are providing the care that is so needed. Each and every member of the care team have provided a very professional, friendly service, always with a smile and kind word to reassure my wife when they visit, my wife has dementia, recently discharged from a traumatic time in hospital. Her attitude changed to become relaxed smiling person, who now joins in with the sing songs provided. There support is outstanding I can't thank them enough.

The care that my husband received was excellent. We had an unfortunate experience with the first care company that came in. We could constantly see the difference with homecare. All the staff who came to David were very well trained, very caring and very courteous to him and also to myself and my family. As it was palliative care it was only for a short time but it certainly helped with his quality of life.
