I'm extremely impressed and happy with the excellent first class care that my wife is receiving from the staff at Prime Care, they are providing the care that is so needed. Each and every member of the care team have provided a very professional, friendly service, always with a smile and kind word
to reassure my wife when they visit, my wife has dementia, recently discharged from a traumatic time in hospital. Her attitude changed to become relaxed smiling person, who now joins in with the sing songs provided. There support is outstanding I can't thank them enough.

Words cannot express how wonderful these carers are. They treated not only mum, but my sister and I with professionalism, care and dignity. Each had their own personality, but each and every one was amazing from my first phone call to the last visit. I was so grateful to the Prime Staff. Thank you,

The care that my husband received was excellent. We had an unfortunate experience with the first care company that came in. We could constantly see the difference with homecare. All the staff who came to David were very well trained, very caring and very courteous to him and also to myself and my
family. As it was palliative care it was only for a short time but it certainly helped with his quality of life.

My wife was only cared for for 3 weeks before she passed away. During that time I couldn't fault the care given to her. The team were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I cannot praise this company enough. The care and compassion shown to my mum at a very difficult time for the family was excellent. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. They treated my mum with dignity in her last days and we cannot thank them enough for the care provided.

Fantastic experience to date so far over the past few months. We cannot fault the staff, carers and management at all. Care has been superb with no complaints whatsoever. All of the carers are attentive, courteous and give a dignified service. Management visits also complement the staff and give an
even more caring experience.

The carers are very understanding, patient and always do there very best. They are helpful and give the very best care. They always keep us informed and up to date with everything. I highly recommend.
