This is a lot better than previous management.
It's so good to see the client come first.
A professional and caring service. A full care plan was created and delivered against. Competent and caring support workers who were experienced and skilled in the type and level of care required. The support provided by the managers was excellent and they understood the need for flexibility and accommodated changes well.
