I would not hesitate to recommend Reconnect agency to anyone looking for care at home for elderly relatives

My 93 year-old mother has been looked after by Reconnect Care Agency Ltd since May 2024. Her carers have been very reliable, friendly, and supportive and help her shower and tidy her bungalow 3 mornings per week between 7.15am and 8am. I am not aware of a single occasion when a carer has not visited at the appointed time over a period of 15 months - a remarkable record of reliability. When my mother contracted an illness and needed emergency care, the Agency was extremely responsive and could increase her hours and then reduce them back to normal when she recovered. We very rarely need to contact the Agency office but, when we do, our requests for minor changes in service provision are implemented professionally and without fuss or delay.

We have been impressed with the care and attention to detail that is given to my sister she can sometimes be difficult to please, but Reconnect Care Agency have gone above beyond to ensure that my sister is healthy and happy in her day to day life.

They are a God send.

The manager and her staff are professional whilst being extremely warm and caring. We could not have asked for better support and care. They have always gone above and beyond despite my grandmother being a very difficult client.

Excellent service, went above and beyond in helping to organise the care needed for my grandma after she broke her leg and came out of hospital. The staff are professional and friendly making it possible for my grandma to remain in her home as she is now bed-bound. Management went out of their way to assist in a smooth homecoming as it had been delayed due to equipment delivery. The whole team honestly have the best interest of both the client and the family’s wishes. The best decision we made for my grandma was changing care providers, I can’t thank them enough for the care, respect and understanding that they have shown. At 96 my grandma had one wish and that is to stay at home where all her memories are. The registered manager and her team have made this possible. Thank you.

Excellent, personal care for my relative. They always put the client first and go above and beyond to ensure that all care requirements are met to the highest standard. Excellent value for money. Flexible and hard working. Easy to get in touch with and they take time to discuss the client's needs on a regular basis. They take compliance very seriously and have both digital and manual records available for examination. All in all, they are a great agency and we are so pleased to have found them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your loved ones.
