The carers are mostly punctual, very polite and
Professional. I have had one carer most of the time except when he was on off days or on holidays.
He is a model Carer.
I told him the items of help I need only once
He rendered the help every time without being reminded. He would go an extra mile.

I am very satisfied with him will be an understatement

Clements Health Care Coventry provided wonderful care to our dear father in his last 8 months.
From the outset, the organisation of Dad's care was efficient and professional, yet reassuringly friendly.
The carers treated him as though he were one of their own. They were always respectful, warm, kind and compassionate, treating him with dignity, and at times went above and beyond to accommodate Dad's needs. Nothing was too much trouble and they simply couldn't have done any more.
They are such a fabulous team and the work they do, the way in which they do it and the people they are, make all the difference to their clients and families. We will be forever grateful to have had their help in caring for Dad.
We all hear the horror stories about care in the community but we were extremely lucky to be allocated such exceptional care company and more specifically, their employees.
