Bluebird Care Rotherham

I used Bluebird Care after I had an operation. They arranged my care to suit my needs. You could contact them easily if needed. The Carers were both helpful and caring. They were very cheerful and happy; nothing was too much trouble. They gave me the confidence I needed to become more independent.

The carers are doing a great job with my mothers daily care needs. Bluebird also review regularly on my mothers overall health and medication.

Helpful and reliable. Does what I ask him/her to do.

My dad had a knee revision + at 84 we knew we would need a bit more help alongside me + my sister. Dad has had 4 different carers in the 3 weeks + all have been fabulous. Dad's recovery has been better than expected, but all 4 carers have offered company + companionship, as well as helping him with health tasks. They have offered to do many things, but mostly he has tried to do for himself. Using the app has been great to see what has been happening.

Since Bluebird Rotherham took over my mothers care my mum is alot happier there has been less issues and shes sleeping better the staff are super friendly and helpful nothing is too much

Since Bluebird Care (Rotherham) took over my wifes care fulltime the difference in care quality is drastic. My wife is much calmer and sleeps better, and no job is too big or small for the care team they are always happy to help.

I can not thank Bluebird Care enough for their level of care, understanding and support from the very first phone call to now. All my questions and concerns were answered with empathy and reassurance. From the first day of their care commencing my husband was finally treated with the patience, care, understand and dignity he deserved. The care provided is a million times better than what was in place previously. The carers have remained consistant and reliable throughout and at long last I feel supported. I am safe in the knowledge that we are both being looked after at an extremely difficult time. If you want the best for your loved ones, I cannot recommend Bluebird Care highly enough.

Peace of mind for me as a daughter.

The staff buy into the work that they came out which gives confidence to the family and the client. There is consistency in staff allocation. This helps with out mother feeling comfortable. The team provide regular feedback on care and the back office provide regular contact which makes us all feel respected and cared for. Overall excellent service - we could not do without it.

I have been a client since December. Jinny and Tom have been my regular carers, they both go above and beyond to make sure I get out of the house. They make sure to understand my needs. I am made to feel like a human and not a number. I couldn't be happier with the service.

After receiving care sourced by the council i decided to arrange care with Bluebird on a private basis as I wasn't satisfied with the previous company. Although they had some excellent carers, the organisation of the care could have been better. Dad had different carers and the times of the calls varied. The morning call could be as early as 6 30am. Bluebird Care was far more structured. They came at the time they were scheduled and stayed the full duration of the call. They would do additional tasks which in turn really helped me. Their app allowed me to read their comments following calls I found that helpful and reassuring too.

Emma and her team were very supportive and helpful from our initial meeting with her and my father to discuss Bluebirds carer support right through to the final days of his care. All care providers were respectful, friendly and gave my father the help that he needed.

For me, Bluebird brought peace of mind that a capable team were there for her every day. Their communication is brilliant. They have supported family members at difficult, emotional times with their calm presence and sound advice. We will always be grateful for their high quality care.

Support of carers has been a tremendous relief for me. Could not manage without them now.

On contacting Bluebird Care the Manager was very friendly and helpful. She guided us through the whole process of arranging day care for my Mother-in-Law. The care she received was very thorough and consistent with no issues at all. The daily journal through the website is very re-assuring on observing how each care visit has gone. This offers peace of mind knowing how each visit has gone. My Mother-in-Law was always happy with the care she received and we would not hesitate in using Bluebird Care again in the future.
