This was the first time we had used a care provider for our daughter. All diligence was carried out by a visit before the day we required care support. Management were keen to engage with out daughter with regards to her needs and any concerns she had. On the day on question all visits arrived on time.
The care staff were considerate, understanding, kind and professional. Management contacted us after the day to debrief on any issues. Would be more than happy to use Bluebird again.

The ladies have been lovely in caring for my mum when I'm away. They've looked after her and left everywhere clean and tidy and have been respectful. As my mum said, 'they were lovely'. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Bluebird have been and continue to be wonderful. The staff are polite and respectful and very accommodating when we need to rearrange visits. They are always prompt in their responses to calls and emails and will help wherever they can. Mum really enjoys her time with her carer - who is very caring,
approachable and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending them as care providers and are so glad that we choose them for Mums care.

From the first contact with Bluebird Care and their initial meeting, I had every confidence in the care they were to provide for Mum. Although Mum was resistant initially to accepting care, the team won Mum over and Mum would not be without the support she receives.
The management has such a flexible
approach, that changes in Mum's needs, can be adapted quickly and easily.
Communication is excellent and I know that I can always speak to someone about any changes or requirements Mum needs.

We are so pleased with the high standard of care given to Mum. The carers are lovely.
From the moment we made contact with Bluebird Care, communication has been excellent. It is reassuring to have remote access to her carer visit record so that we can see how she is at each visit. The care was planned
with Mum and the rest of the family and was altered to accommodate improvements/changes in her condition. Our aim was to help Mum get her independence back following a short stay in hospital and it has been really helpful to have the same carers visiting.
Mums' safety and well-being are at the centre of all the care given and we are very happy with the service. Thank you.

From my first contact with Bluebird, they have been caring and professional. The manager has been exceptionally helpful in helping my husband and I decide on a care path for our elderly mother. Our mother was very reluctant to accept any help but the carer's soon won her round with their kindness and
support. We have had regular follow ups to ensure the care package was right for us and any issues have been reported to us very promptly. The carer's have always turned up at times agreed and they are very helpful and hard working. The care provided has been exceptional and has made life a lot easier for all of us. Communication has been promptly replied to and always done with compassion. I would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

The care provided by my dad's carer has been exceptional. Always punctual and offering friendly, sensitive help with washing and dressing each morning. To have the same carer every day for a month was wonderful and the alternative carer, when on rota, was also kind, friendly and effective.

A very good experience all round. Carers were excellent with and for me as I was recovering from a major liver operation.
Office staff were always helpful, extending our care when we needed more. Invoicing promptly etc. Would recommend and use again.

My mum was very nervous about allowing someone into her home and she was experiencing a lot of fear around losing control and autonomy. The care from Bluebird Care has categorically changed my mum's life for the better. Instead of losing something, she has gained independence, companionship and confidence.
She has nothing but wonderful things to say about the lady who comes to support her. She is treated with respect, dignity and kindness at all times. Most importantly, there is laughter and lightness and my mum is at her happiest after a visit from her carer.
Thank you so much. Not only is this invaluable for my mum but it also frees up my time and allows me to relax and not worry on our Bluebird days.

The carers who came to support my father following an operation were outstanding they showed respect to him at all times.
They were punctual and positive and helped my father through a difficult recovery. They always put a smile on his face and came with a positive attitude. They were hard-working
and so caring. I am very grateful for the service provided as it helped my family during a difficult time to support my father. There was excellent communication from start to finish and the service was set up almost immediately. Thank you so much.

Bola brings a wealth of business management and analytical expertise to Bluebird Care. Prior to owning Bluebird Care Rotherham, Bola began her career as a care worker in 2004 supporting the elderly in nursing and residential homes. Her life took a different path when she moved into the world of Business and data analysis, where she worked on process improvement, change, and digital transformation projects within the NHS.


Despite how well her career climbed, she couldn’t shake the desire to work in an environment where she could support others and satisfy her natural affinity to care. She enjoys helping and supporting people and feels so privileged to have the opportunity to return to her career roots, fulfilling a lifelong dream of leading a profession that provides excellent quality care for those in the community.


She wants to make a real difference in the social care sector and make a positive impact on people’s lives. She's very focused on building a great care service for her local community and supporting people to live safely and happily. Thus, joining the wonderful family of Bluebird Care has allowed her the opportunity to make this happen in Rotherham.
