I am very pleased with the help received from all the Bluebird staff, They are always cheerful and happy to take on any task, I am pleased to see them each lunch time.

I am very happy to know that the carers of Bluebird Care are taking excellent care of my mum and are very attentive to all her needs, and I have absolute peace of mind when I am away that my mum is in the care of her carers; my mum gives me excellent feedback and is so happy she has them. I have found the Bluebird office to be very competent and deal with any enquiries professionally and immediately in a very caring way. I am more than happy that my mum is happy and taken great care of.

I feel very blessed to have the Bluebird staff, office & carers. the work of the carers is excellent & although it is 2hrs 3 times a week I look forward to seeing them

Mums progress emotionally since receiving the fantastic care from the carers has been really positive. Shes engaged well, far better than I expected. The development is, I believe taking my mum back to the lady she was years ago which is wonderful. She really values the support, care and assistance in both her physical & emotional being. Their attention to detail is perfect.

My partner is doing so well with the care she's receiving. She is treated with compassion, dignity and humour which helps. The same times, routine & carer is stability which is much needed. Thankyou for helping so much.

This was the first time we had used a care provider for our daughter. All diligence was carried out by a visit before the day we required care support. Management were keen to engage with out daughter with regards to her needs and any concerns she had. On the day on question all visits arrived on time. The care staff were considerate, understanding, kind and professional. Management contacted us after the day to debrief on any issues. Would be more than happy to use Bluebird again.

The ladies have been lovely in caring for my mum when I'm away. They've looked after her and left everywhere clean and tidy and have been respectful. As my mum said, 'they were lovely'. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Although we never actually started the care with Bluebird for my mum, the initial assessment and prompt responses to our queries was impressive. Everyone was very kind and understanding, so thank you for that. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should we need support in the future.

The management and staff were exceptional from the moment we enquired about care for our mum, up until she passed away. They supported her, respected and protected her dignity. The carers were always on time. They paid attention to details, and they communicated any observations to the family. We cannot thank them enough.

Bluebird have been and continue to be wonderful. The staff are polite and respectful and very accommodating when we need to rearrange visits. They are always prompt in their responses to calls and emails and will help wherever they can. Mum really enjoys her time with her carer - who is very caring, approachable and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending them as care providers and are so glad that we choose them for Mums care.

Find the carers very polite and friendly, always give duty of care, they always treat mum with dignity, always a good sense of humour, office always reply quickly if needed, and keep me informed of any changes. Would highly recommend.

Found this care company through searching Bluebird, they were very thorough in the first review with us at our home, the carers were really professional in their work and care also very discreet when needed. I can't thank the male carers enough for the care and friendship shown to my partner.
