All my daughter-in-laws carers were kind and friendly and were punctual and worked hard. It was a frenetic time when my friend was very ill and they had no problems coping with us as family dashing in and out as well as them. They were always polite and personable and made the job easier. My daughter-in-law always seemed to get on with them very well which was not her experience with another previous company. My son was run off his feet both working and caring and very worried about my friend so they provided great support in adversity.

Mishlaiz makes a real effort to ensure continuity, so the client is being cared for by just two or three different staff. This is very important to my wife, as it means the carers she deals with know her needs and she doesn't have to explain things to a new person each time. The carers are all very pleasant and good at their jobs. The managers are also very helpful and accommodating.
