The carers have all been excellent in their care and attention to my needs. Having experienced other carers I doubt that you would find a better firm. We have been very happy to have them in our home without any concern.
Over a 10 month period we have got to know about them as a person, and they always
arrive happy and smiling. My needs have recently receded so I no longer need them, but it has been very sad that we won't, at the moment, see them again. However my overall prognosis is not great so should my circumstances change I shall be straight back on the telephone to the care assessor.

Pearl's Procare have been amazing. The communication is spot on any concerns are reported immediately, likewise any queries are answered immediately. As dads health is changing almost weekly, his needs, for example, times are accommodated. They are really flexible, reliable and always have a smile on
their faces. Highly recommend.

The team really supported my mum and dad as their care needs increased. They stepped in very quickly, ensuring they understood what was needed, providing caring support and were very flexible to my parents' changing needs. The team were friendly, kind and professional at all times, enabling my parents

Pearl provided excellent care for my mum for over a year until 2022. This was personal care, light meals, medication etc.
Mum liked her from the start and we always found her to be calm, very kind, responsive, reliable and professional. We couldn’t have asked for more and we’re very grateful at the
time for her help. Highly recommend!

We had a family emergency where we needed someone to sit with my mother-in-law while she was waiting for the ambulance to arrive, I rang a member of staff and she was able to send one of her carers around to the house very quickly, this was an invaluable service to the family and was hugely appreciated.
