We cannot recommend Pearl's Procare highly enough, for the excellent care they have given Mum, and for the support they have given us as a family over the last 14 months.
The care has been extremely professional and caring, and Mum always looked forward to her visits from the ladies. The management team have been so exceptionally patient with us and have bent over backwards to accommodate all Mum's changing needs over this last year, through what has been an uncertain and stressful time. Excellent carers and amazing service. They always sort out the calls when I need them and never let me down. All staff are kind and courteous, been using them for a few months and always been ready to help with whatever I need doing.

All carers have been very kind, caring, sensitive both in speech and in personal contact, polite and professional at all times. They all seem to be very flexible and happy to change the routine according to my needs. Especially after my recent surgery when I was struggling, they were very patient and gentle with me whilst I regained my strength and are very encouraging and enthusiastic with my daily exercise routine. Over a 10 month period we have got to know about them as a person, and they always arrive happy and smiling. My needs have recently receded so I no longer need them, but it has been very sad that we won't, at the moment, see them again. However my overall prognosis is not great so should my circumstances change I shall be straight back on the telephone to the care assessor.
