We have been having Pearl's procare for my mother-in-law for just over a year now and have found them very helpful in every way even though my mother-in-law is not the easiest to deal with due to her Parkinson's.
They turn up on time every day and look after her very well from getting her up in the
morning to putting her to bed at night , they are always very friendly.

All carers have been very kind, caring, sensitive both in speech and in personal contact, polite and professional at all times. They all seem to be very flexible and happy to change the routine according to my needs. Especially after my recent surgery when I was struggling, they were very patient
and gentle with me whilst I regained my strength and are very encouraging and enthusiastic with my daily exercise routine. With their happy faces it gives me an excellent start to each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The carers have all been excellent in their care and attention to my needs. Having experienced other carers I doubt that you would find a better firm. We have been very happy to have them in our home without any concern.
Over a 10 month period we have got to know about them as a person, and they always
arrive happy and smiling. My needs have recently receded so I no longer need them, but it has been very sad that we won't, at the moment, see them again. However my overall prognosis is not great so should my circumstances change I shall be straight back on the telephone to the care assessor.

We had a family emergency where we needed someone to sit with my mother-in-law while she was waiting for the ambulance to arrive, I rang a member of staff and she was able to send one of her carers around to the house very quickly, this was an invaluable service to the family and was hugely appreciated.
