I am very happy with the care my husband is receiving. The carers who are looking after him are very attentive to all his needs and are very caring, cheerful and approachable. He recently came home after a short stay in hospital where his personal care was not the best and the care he receives at home is far superior. I would happily recommend Bromley Healthcare at Home to anyone who needs efficient care in their home.
Thank you for your feedback, we will pass this over to our care team who care for your husband.
We have been clients user with the company for the past few years. As a retired manager in the care sector. I can honestly say that the care myself and a 93 year old who has dementia who lives with me has always been of a high standard. The carers work to a high standard and recognise the needs that caring for the elderly with dementia. I know when these carers are here I can relax knowing that both our needs are met. The support they have given me is greatly appreciated. The Managers are always very friendly and are very friendly going over and above their duties. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Health Care Provider
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so glad that you have been happy with the service that we have given to both of you.
They are kind, caring, patient and jovial.
It gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that she is in such good hands.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate your feedback and will pass this on to all the carers. Kind regards.
Overall I am very satisfied with the care my mother receives. Of course, there will always be something you might not do yourself but with the time they have to provide a meal, personal care, laundry, they do very well. There could be more effort to check meal plans, dates of fresh food, not defrosting cook from frozen meals. They have done a good job with her complex needs.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate it. We will remind the carers to check all instructions and dates on food.
After a fall my mum has been cared for by Bromley Healthcare Care at Home on their re-enablement programme. I have found their care team to be exceptional, and very caring not only with my mum but also offering me support and guidance. Obviously, care is their priority but their admin team and management are always on hand and very happy to help where possible. I wish the team continued success.
Thank you for your feedback, I will pass this on to the team that cared for your mum. We wish you all the best for the future.
Thanks for your excellent care, lovely carers.
Thank you so much for your feedback, we will ensure that this is feedback to our carers
I look forward to seeing my carer every week, it makes me feel better in myself and can speak about any problems I have.
We will pass this on to your carer.
Overall, very good.
Thank you for your feedback, we will be sure to pass this onto the carers.
The main problem is the arrival time carers arrive which can be after midday.
We will take your feedback on board and work on the times in which you need to ensure your care is improved.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for your feedback; we will pass this on to our dedicated team.
The care company have been looking after my mother for over ten years. She is treated with dignity, love and friendship by most of her carers. My mother has dementia, so can be volatile, and they are good at calming her down. She is assessed regularly, and they have managed to get Mum to go to a day centre weekly, which has improved her mental health amazingly.
Thank you for your kind words; we will ensure this feedback gets back to our dedicated team.
Positives: Management is very friendly and usually very effective. The majority of carers are very supportive, friendly and aware of privacy and dignity. The care is far better than previous company experience. They try their best to help with requests. Usually quick to respond to feedback. The phone is answered quickly around 99% of the time.
Thank you for your feedback; we will work hard to improve on the negatives to ensure that our care improves.
I live in Australia and my parents are in the UK, so as you can imagine it can be quite hard now they are in their twilight years. My mum had a stroke last year and most recently a nasty fall where she broke her hip. Since her discharge from hospital the team from Bromley Health Care have been in every day assisting both my parents (my dad has dementia). My mum informs me that the carers have been exemplary. I myself have had nothing but positive communication with their Field Care Supervisor. There were a couple of issues, where the carers were running late, I emailed them and received an immediate response and any issues were resolved, quickly and efficiently. Although I speak to my mum and dad every morning (night for me) the app is a great tool to use, so I can easily see what is happening on each visit and if there is anything I need to address.
We are pleased that we were able to sort out the issues to ensure that they were resolved quickly.
Makes a real difference seeing somebody each day to help with care needs.
Thank you for your feedback; we are pleased that we are making a positive difference.
My main carer is great but some weekend staff are not so good.
We are very grateful for the feedback. We endeavour to give continuity with our carers, but it does mean that when they have days off you may see other carers.
Carers are very caring, friendly and very efficient.
We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found this company and would highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. I will ensure that your feedback is passed on to our lovely team of carers.
I found them highly professional, and their care was fantastic and treated Mum with great dignity. It was lovely how a few of the Bromley Healthcare team even visited Mum after she went into a care home. This is more than a job to them and has added value to the end of my mum's life.
Thank you, Bromley Healthcare.
I will pass on your thanks to all the team.
Mum is very happy with the care she receives. It's peace of mind for me as I am not local and to know someone is seeing to her every morning.
Any problems, I am contacted and I can see the outcome of the morning call by going onto the app, which is very handy. They administer Mum's medication and all of the carers chat throughout the call. The service she gets is greatly appreciated by both Mum and me. We'll done!
Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
I will ensure that all your kind words are passed on to our wonderful team of carers.
