Kind Hands Care is an approved provider and is registered with the Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) since October 2022.

Kind Hands Care provides care for Individuals who are living with some limiting long-term illness or disability and who wish to live an independent and fulfilling life with the right care and support being provided.

The range of support offered is:
. Assistance with all Personal Care needs
. Assistance with meal preparation
. Assistance with medication
. Assistance with shopping/ domestic tasks
. Escorting to medical/social appointments
. Day sitting service

Kind Hands Care will only provide care to an Individual once it has been determined that the service is suitable to meet the care and support needs of an Individual to enable them to meet their personal outcomes.

Kind Hands Care can offer specialised care services for Individuals who require some extra support. All staff will have relevant training needed and be deemed competent before carrying out any specialist care for Individuals.

. Multiple Sclerosis

Kind Hands Care employs staff with a range of knowledge, experience and the relevant qualifications to provide care to Individuals safely and effectively. All staff complete training relevant to their job roles throughout their employment with Kind Hands Care.

Before staff employment begins, a DBS is obtained and references regarding their previous employment and their character.

This is the first time of receiving home care and the company have made me feel at ease. The care I receive is excellent and all the care staff are very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. This is a very good company with a real family feel that's got good value for money, I would recommend
this company to others.

On the whole, most of the carers are very kind and efficient and considerate. One is not quite so good. A few of the carers are now considered as part of our family.
