Liloom home care is a highly responsive service. Expert in care Victoria is really great to have on board and supported me and my Mom when experiencing a health crisis. Knowing that I have this organisation to turn to in the future is an absolute gift and certainly helps with the worry of caring for elderly parents. When my husband became frail and started to need care we asked for advice from Liloom Home Care Services.We had seen the care that they showed their clients when they brought them to our local community groups.My husband was suddenly taken to hospital.From that moment they kept in contact each day and visited him in hospital.He was diagnosed with a terminal illness and Victoria liaised with me and the discharge team.They were at the house to meet on discharge.The circumstances surrounding his discharge from hospital were horrific and their support and care to help him was beyond expectations.Sadly his condition worsened and they were there trying to get extra help from NHS.All the time they supported me and nursed my husband with tenderness,professionalism and care.He died within 24 hours of coming home and Victoria and Steve stayed with us throughout the day.Since his death they have kept in contact with me on a regular basis.Based on what I have seen they are a remarkable ,caring co.

Liloom are an excellent care agency who respond really well to my parents needs. So glad my parents found them. We have always found them really good at identifying and meeting my parents care requirements. They are excellent value for money.

The Manager is always cheerful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Very reliable and dependable. I feel blessed to be receiving their continued unwavering support.

From the moment we found this service we felt blessed to be in a safe pair of hands. The carer was knowledgeable, compassionate and caring and quick to understand my Mum's needs. She was able to provide advice on the most appropriate care package and worked with the family to support Mum in the best way possible. Always flexible and accommodating she would go the extra mile to make sure that Mum received the best possible care and support and was like a friend to the whole family. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Through a friend's high recommendation, Liloom Home Care was enlisted to help me with my mother's care needs. Despite being in her late 80s and suffering from frailty and onset dementia she maintained the wish to remain at home. Having met with the Liloom manager, she agreed she would personally provide the care for Mum. We needed tablet meds to be administered/supervised, fluids food and nutrition prepping and serving, and an element of social interaction as mum was unable to get out. Liloom did all this care three times per day, every day. Mum was very happy with the manager, and we could not fault the care mum received. Their timekeeping was perfect, and they would keep in regular contact, including any issue they felt needed addressing, or that could potentially become an issue, forward planning and prevention of issues being key. We have recommended Liloom to friends to provide care for their parents and they have said Liloom are doing a terrific job! Thank you so much Liloom.

My carer has been brilliant, I have had challenges with my mental health and anxiety and they really put me at ease. I always know who to expect and have a regular carer. I was recently in a panic about my medication because my pharmacy couldn't get any. The manager checked with multiple pharmacies and found somewhere in stock, went to collect them and dropped them straight off for me. If I have any problems I know I can always pick up the phone and talk to someone I'm familiar with. I feel like I found a hidden gem with Liloom Home Care.

The manager of Liloom Home Care was an amazing carer. Not only was she kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was always on time, she was in constant contact with me about Mum's condition and she made Mum's final days more bearable. My brother and I live a long way from Mum and when she was admitted to the hospital, she was kind enough to visit, and after Mum passed, she also collected her belongings and returned them to us. I would highly recommend Liloom and the manager.

The registered manager has attended to my mother’s caring needs recently, morning and evening. Her likeable personality and cheerful conversation helps to make my mother’s day so much better. She’s a very reliable and helpful support during stressful times and has proved to be very quick and adaptable during unavoidable schedule changes. We were very grateful to discover Liloom via a local friend and have had good experiences with them.

We have been incredibly impressed with Liloom Home Care. My mum's carer is always on time, caring and helpful. It has made Mum's life much easier as she has lost strength and mobility. We really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile. This was demonstrated during Mum's recent stay in hospital, where Liloom were able to provide regular support during and after the treatment. Mum is back home and settled thanks to Liloom.
