My mum was very happy with her care from Homecare, I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the staff when I visited my mum at weekends, they always seemed to be very caring, I know my mum was very demanding at times, so I really appreciated their patience with her. Unfortunately she has had to go into
a care home, which has made us all very sad.
I would highly recommend home care to look after a loved family member.

I found Better Care for my mom after trying other companies. Mom lives in Cannock, I'm in Burton on Trent, and my brother is in London. Before Better Care, mom called me worried about carers' arrival times. Since finding Better Care, things improved. They're caring and compassionate. Our mom feels comfortable
and well taken care of. Now, I have peace of mind. Mom knows when her caregivers arrive and who will be there. Thank you, Better Care, for helping mom stay in her home. You've changed our lives!

Finding care for my mother was a daunting task. After some research, Better care were selected.
From initial meetings,to a care package being put in place, as a family we were involved.
My mother has vascula dementia, and Alzheimers, and can be difficult.
Every carer that comes through the door,
treats her with dignity and respect and are always courteous.
We can be away, knowing that her care need are being fully met.

We are very impressed with Better Care management and staff who have proved to be highly professional, flexible and accommodating in meeting my dad's needs.
