Needed care for one night to attend Cremation and Church Service. Over 50 care homes, and Home Care Services wanted to provide Respite Care of less than 2 and up to four weeks - at full weekly cost.
Lumiere responded at short notice, and provided two forty five minute calls for my wife, who is unable to stand or walk. Two staff arrived on time , and took my wife to the hotel room, whilst I got equipment from the car.
They then provided excellent care, including full body wash, changing her out of clothes into night ware and leaving her comfortable. The whole visit was accompanied by friendly conversation, and preservation of dignity
The staff were very competent and involved with my wife.. It is astonishing in this era of inclusivity, that no other care agency would even consider the needs of the disabled, to enable them to attend a funeral.

The team kept her alive a lot longer than if she would have been in a hospital setting.
Nothing was too much for them. She was frequently in and out of hospital, and the team was always on hand for her at her most vulnerable.

I have known the manager for several months now. Her passion, knowledge and instinct to provide amazing levels of care is unmatched in my eyes. Providing an excellent level of care across all spectrums for families and their loved ones. Also to note the engagement and compassion of the team of carers. Having seen the service the manager and all her team provide, I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional from the initial phone call, knowledgeable caring and compassionate and they listened to what my aunt wanted/needed. I can’t recommend them enough for all the care and support that they have given to my aunt from when she was discharged from hospital, the live in carers have become more than just her carers, they are part of the family, we thought that she may have found it difficult having someone living with her, but it gave her her life back being able to do the things that she loved and enjoyed doing. I would highly recommend it.

They supplied home care for my father and I just want to say everyone was so helpful, kind, considerate, and professional.
The care staff were all wonderful, extremely kind, and always on time.
Overall the whole experience dealing with Lumiere was excellent, everyone was very knowledgeable, approachable, and informative, and the administration side was second to none.
