Needmet Care have been taking care of my mum for a while now and they have been nothing but amazing. My mum struggled to accept the care from the previous company but with Needmet the carer is so experienced and has a good rapport with Mum. Even when Mum's regular carer is off, the part-time carer is also extremely good. My mum keeps going on and on about how she loves her carer so when the manager asked me to review, I did not hesitate one bit. The manager is also so lovely and she picks anytime we need her. They go above and beyond for Mum's care. We need more of such good care in the world. Well done Needmet Care Team.

Very efficient staff. Always punctual and well spoken. Very professional. Staff are well presented and polite. All informs made available for the care of client. The office responded to queries within reasonable time. Management are easy to reach.

My auntie has a wonderful relationship with the staff (both management team and carers) and vice versa. To be fair, I think they are reasonably priced too. I am super proud of them.

From day one, the team from Needmet Care really showed professionalism and apt with the level of services provided. The carer and service manager visited to make an assessment and had a good conversation with my family on the best ways to make my grandfather comfortable and well protected. I must admit the service provided was great and will definitely recommend to all my friends.
